Donno if any of you noticed this but a little inconsistency:

Kreia (about the Harbinger) says:

"(...)When I learned that you were on the vessel, I knew the Sith would not be far behind. "

then:

"When we intercepted the Harbinger, it was crippled, drifting in space. It was a simple matter to board the vessel and rescue you. "

So let's set the facts straight -> the Sith warship attacks the Harbinger, Kreia arrives on the Ebon Hawk, rescues you from the Harbinger and while escaping in the Ebon Hawk the Sith fire upon it causing the damage seen in the prologue.

BUT when we watch the holorecords on the Harbinger:

"We picked up a distress signal and are sending a message to the Republic for permission to investigate.

We have also transmitted the damaged vessel's ID signature to the Republic. According to the message, it's being pursued by Sith forces."

So the Ebon Hawk was the first to be attacked by the Sith? Not the Harbinger!

In another holorecord there is:

"Sir, we've just received an emergency broadcast... a freighter, under attack by Sith forces."

So obviously you can tell from the moment you're on the Harbinger scrolling the messages and later comparing it to what Kreia told you on the Ebon Hawk that she brought the Exile into this mess in the first place.

When she tells me:

"They sought you Jedi."

I wanted to tell:

"They were after YOU. And you led them here. You are Sith. Ain't that obvious? LOL" :D

They just never did this game that well, but hey LA was rushing them, so its lucasarts reponsibility to fix this game, but i doubt they will....we are lucky to have got the media upgrade, which didn't really improve the movies at all, just made them a higher res, but the same quality. :/

Well, some of the "plot holes" listed here (G0-T0/Remote on Malachor, for example) are not plot holes, but simply cut content, so if we imagine that everything happened as in the cut content, the plot will be consistent.

2. If your last planet was Dantooine, the Jedi Enclave gets restored "a bit too fast"

Agreed, but we can simply assume that "in reality", Dantooine was the Exile's first planet, so they had plenty of time to rebuild it. There is another floor connected to this one, though: who rebuilds the Enclave if Adare is slain and the mercenaries triumphant?

3. The background of Mira is really never reveiled, what happened when she was with the Mandalorians
Why should backgrounds for all the characters be spoken out? It's a "decide for yourself" thing, not a "plot floor".

6. Atton's background and real name are never reveiled...

His background is revealed: he was a Sith Assassin. And I think Atton is his real name.

10. M5: What exactly happened to Bao that caused the Remote to act, and how could it suddenly be at the ship, without seeing him as Exile already
Nothing happened to him, it was the Remote's programming that caused him to act. Probably Bao-Dur was afraid of stepping on the planet he indirectly (by inventing the MSG) did so much damage to. Either that, or the consoles were only accessible by a droid (the Exile cannot use them, for instance).

11. There is no resolvement on Dantooine to the issue of globalizing Jedi and Sith as one. Partly due to bugged "Redemption" quest.

The Redemption quest is bugged, but you do redeem the Jedi's reputation after saving Khoonda.

1. No history really revealed by kreia yet she ended up with the Ebon Hawk so what ship does Revan have possibly Kreia's.

2. Kreia had the droids but we were told Revan left all behind including the droids odd they did not stay with Bastilla and or Carth.

Kreia said Revan had left the Ebon Hawk, "with all the machines" (droids), on Malachor V before venturing into the Unknown Regions. This is where she presumably picked it.

As for why Revan left them there, it's sort of strange Revan logic that never gets explained.

3. Kreia admitts to locking the navicomputer but you still cant get HK to unlock it.

Kreia admits to locking the navicomputer so that you wouldn't dump her. T3-M4 quite clearly hints it was Revan who locked it. (Although they could out in a scene where HK-47 tries to unlock the navicomputer with Kreia's voice, but fails.)

5. Why did malachor V get blown up when all I heard in the chronicles was how important it was at turning jedi and how much ancient knowledge there was there.

This is what G0-T0 thought - that the planet was too valuable for the Jedi. The Exile and Bao-Dur thought otherwise. For them, it was nothing more than heritage of the Sith. They wanted to destroy it to redeem for the damage they did during the Mandalorian Wars.

6. Why couldnt Nihilus sense out others using the force to devour them he seemed perfect for feeding off the true sith.
By "others", do you mean the True Sith beyond the Outer Rim? They were probably too far away for Nihilus to sense them.

7. Why the male version party members were more of a distraction than offering any story information.

They offered plenty of story information, but it could be easily missed because of the influence system.

8. How did kreia ever get off dantooine and beat him or her to telos after she drained your character.

The Handmaidens escorted her to Atris to be executed. The thing is, Atris didn't want to execute her, since Kreia made her believe it was her, not the Exile, who was destined to face her final trials on Malachor. If there is a "floor" here, it's only in the question how the Handmaidens knew where Kreia were. (It's addressed in the male story where it is Brianna who takes Kreia to Atris, but not in the female story.)

10. How come you had to take the ebon hawk off Malachor V when it appeared to have been destroyed and if in lightside the planet Malachor V is destroyed again who is there to show others the way know.

The Ebon Hawk wasn't destroyed, it was just badly damaged. It's just a graphical issue that it doesn't bear the damage.

11 Did mira get off the planet possible she did considering the ship flew up to rescue the exile.

12 Where were the other npc's if not on final level of Malachor V and why was it mira to come with you lightside also odd that mira was never reserected by kreia to refight hanharr.

All your party members (except probably G0-T0 and the Remote) are safe and sound on the Ebon Hawk when it rescues you. As for why Kreia didn't "resurrect" Mira, I don't know, I didn't play DS. But I can assume that Mira didn't have as much hatred to Hanharr as he had to her, so she would probably refuse to fight him.

Edit: what happened to the quote tags?

Yes. They are. But that is just the point of plot holes. They are in the plot, but never filled (if due to inconsistency on developers side or because the reason was cut doesn't matter)

3. The background of Mira is really never reveiled, what happened when she was with the Mandalorians

Why should backgrounds for all the characters be spoken out? It's a "decide for yourself" thing, not a "plot floor".

Yes. "Decide for Yourself", ehm, how about: No. This is a videogame, not some philosophy program designed to think everything about your teammates up. Mira had (like all other NPC's in Kotor2) alot less convo's than the NPC's in Kotor1. There were alot of things; like her parents and such being kept hidden

6. Atton's background and real name are never reveiled...

His background is revealed: he was a Sith Assassin. And I think Atton is his real name.

Well, yes, but usually you are not born as a Assassin of age 20. Who was he before he came an Assassin and what was his name before (and it's not Atton)?

Yes. But there was a trigger ofcourse... Droids don't just start "triggers" out of themselves. What was this trigger (also see Remote/Go-to encounter on the Hawk, WTF did he do there)?

11. There is no resolvement on Dantooine to the issue of globalizing Jedi and Sith as one. Partly due to bugged "Redemption" quest.

The Redemption quest is bugged, but you do redeem the Jedi's reputation after saving Khoonda.

Not really. Most people still hate Jedi's (well, not that there live more than 10 people on Dantooine, but still  )

Well, if she didn't was required for it, why couldn't I just say so and dump her in the beginning. If I tried really hard not to take her with me it was "but you can't fly your ship without me"... And it also doesn't explain why HK tells about how he can unlock it and then never does even if you know (T3/Kreia/Revan)

6. Why couldnt Nihilus sense out others using the force to devour them he seemed perfect for feeding off the true sith.

By "others", do you mean the True Sith beyond the Outer Rim? They were probably too far away for Nihilus to sense them.

Oh. He can't sense the True Sith clutched together, but he does can sense the Jedi far away on Katarr? (Cut content explains it; Atris reveiled it. But ingame such info can never be found; so plothole...)

Nope. Didn't saw it falling down in Green Magma in a movie called "EBON HAWK'S DEATH"... No, never did :-

11 Did mira get off the planet possible she did considering the ship flew up to rescue the exile.

12 Where were the other npc's if not on final level of Malachor V and why was it mira to come with you lightside also odd that mira was never reserected by kreia to refight hanharr.

Cut content tells otherwise, but acting on ingame-content (since that is what this thread is about. Plot holes in Kotor2 you would find if you have no idea of cut content): Nice theory...

maybe this one was said already, but who rebuilt the enclave if the jedi are all dead?

"Alright, I've been thinking. When life gives you lemons, don't make lemonade - make life take the lemons back! Get mad! I don't want your damn lemons, what am I supposed to do with these? Demand to see life's manager. Make life rue the day it thought it could give Cave Johnson lemons. Do you know who I am? I'm the man who's gonna burn your house down! With the lemons. I'm going to to get my engineers to invent a combustible lemon that burns your house down!"

i'm probly missing something glaringly obvious, but elaborating more on the handmaiden taking kreia off to telos, HOW did she get there? i dont ever recall seeing any other form of transport on dantooine that could allow the handmaiden to travel there!

It seems a bit shoddy, that part, from what i've come to understand is that transport with a hyperdrive is pretty scarce, and yet the handmaiden plucks one from the air?

just because you are at one spaceport. it doesnt mean there are others.

How in the hell the Dantoonie send their troops to Telos Station if there are no other ships at Dantooine. Well they "could" teleport there but this is not Star Trek (even in star trek their teleporters are not that good).

So There will be other spaceports and other ships than just my favorite Ship ever the Ebon Hawk.

The problem is not with the Jedi (they didn't rebuild it themselves, did they?), but with the settlers, who have no reason to do something for the Jedi since one of them allowed the mercenaries to take over Khoonda and kill Adare. Although it's still a "floor", and the only explanation I see is that the developers were reluctant to create two separate Enclave interior levels.

They could have been picked up the Republic Fleet on the way there. And just becasue you don't see them in that particualr spaceport, doesn't mean that there aren't others in the blocked off areas.

I want to ask what are the republic's plans for the Exile that Admiral Carth mentions? Does it have to do something with the Hk droid factory?

I could be wrong, I'm not that bright, but my understanding is that the Republic is following him becuase they know the exile is a jedi. But hey thats my two cents.
