Went to see it yesterday thought it was absolutely immense, the direction style of Christopher Nolan is a thing of beauty. He's overhauled almost everything that had become stale in the Tim Burton films, much grittier, more intense and much darker. The scarecrow is actually quite scary The cast in this film is of some pedigree, Gary Oldman, Morgan Freeman, Michael Cane, Liam Neeson and the talented Christian Bale give good performances. I was expecting this to be ok but it far exceeded my expectations and is much better than the first Batman which was my previous favourite. Go see it! Darth Flatus Posted June 21, 2005 Share Posted June 21, 2005 The Tank is awesome!!! The fight scenes are like that cos it a 12A/pg-13 movie.
