Did manage to get it to install in English, but the game won't patch. By some miracle is there anyway around this? *sigh* I hate the concept of having to buy a game twice. Mark Havel Posted May 8, 2005 Share Posted May 8, 2005 The game does not patch because the patcher looks very carefully if all the files to patch are on the disk and if these are the good versions, the same size as expected... So if you put a nocd executable instead of the original one, it won't work... Your version of the game should have non official modificated files and then, the patch won't install itself. I don't see any solution except buying a legal copy of the game from a trusted site. You should wait a bit the time the price drops; even unpatched, the game is finishable.
