Pretty soon, I'll get the +3 Constitution bonus. My current const. is 15. When it gets increased by the +3, do I get to use the more powerful implants like the Universal D-Package, or does your base const. have to be 18? Thnks. And with 18 con you have some great implants to raise your strenght and dex again anyways. Besides with 18 con enemies will have lot of trouble killing you.
