HK factory?

This is my third and last play through. I want to make sure I get to the HK factory. I am DS. How do I do it?

I don't think you can, last I heard they cut it out of the game due to time constraints. A crying shame too, it was a cool idea. Maybe they'll put it in kotor 3.
