Now I'm wondering...

A lot of people are bashing (or flaming) Obsidian for having rushed the game and including so many bugs and all. Where is Obsidians reaction to all those rants? Don't they want to defend themselves? Sometimes I see a green name in the bottom of the screen, but no-one reacts. Is this official company policy or what? If they don't say anything, people will asume their silence is a confession of guilt.

Odd I played it with no problems.  However Nar Shadaa is a tough one to figure out perhaps you simply have gotten stuck.  I couldn't figure out what was going on either and did some other planets and I came back and then the plot was advanced.  That clipping problem sounds horrible when did that happen?

Anyways, just after I touched down on Telos, I was in the process of clearing out the mercenaries in front of the entrance of the mine or underground tunnel, whatever you want to call it, where they keep the shuttle. And for some reason, I couldn't set any of my team to 'defensive' stance so I was trying to regoup them to get healed up, but Kreia kept running away and trying to kill random guys, so I kept using the black button to switch to the furthest away character and cancel their combat, and in the process Bao-Dur somehow managed to walk through a clipping area to one of the buildings on the left, so when I switched to him, I couldn't move.. THEN the rest of my team all ran in to come back to him, and voila my whole team is stuck. So then, using my trusty save slot, I tried to save and load and all that did was ruin my save spot :/ .

It's probably policy I'd imagine, they wouldnt want to admit to any problems and give themselves bad media so they're probably not allowed to comment on it. But I do see what you are saying, i've read most of the posts in the forum and they really don't seem to be defending their software at all.

It's not a bug.  It's just sour programming.  I, too, spent quite a while having nothing to do on Nar Shadaa.  You should, perhaps, try another planet?  Nar Shadaa isn't the be all end all of the plot, just so you know.  The game isn't broken, although perhaps it's a little too difficult to trigger new events here.

Maybe you should just try a different planet.  *hint, hint*

This is an example of bad feedback ruining someone's experience more than the experience itself, certainly... unless there's something you're not bringing up.

Well see, I can't even leave Nar Shaddaa

because after a cut scene with some duros "You cannot enter the Ebon Hawk at this time"

So, I can't leave Nar Shaddaa and I've talked to every available character with every option and none of them are advancing the plot either. :/

The cutscene where Bao-Dur and Atton talk before fighting? If so, all you have to do is make your way to the Docks, the entrance is in the northern section of the Refugee Landing pad. In the Docks area is the Jekk Jekk Tarr.

WHAT A HORRIBLE NIGHT TO HAVE A CURSE.

well, here's what went down..

First off once I did a few odds and ends I managed to kill off the Serocca gang or whatever it is, just for something to do. Then, I found the little bat guy outside of the pazzak club and gave him 2000 to tell him that I hated the exchange.

then whats his face called the meeting, which Mira gassed me and went to as herself. Then she gets captured and the jedi with the chops is like "we have to save Mira", shortly before, a cutscene loads with a bunch of duros and they appraoch Atton and Bao-dur but not fight ensues.

So when I regained control, I headed back to the dock immediatly, to find... nothing... and when i attempt to board the ebonhawk it just tells me that I cannot enter it at this time.

So then I put on my breath mask and attempted to enter the jekk jekk tar, and I couldnt get into it. There wasn't even a reticle that I could select over it to even indicate it was a door. I ran all around the refugee sector and killed every available villain, and even went back to exchange headquarters to talk to whats his face ( i cant remember his name ) but all he does is ramble about loathing humans or something similar and nothing at all related to anything advancing the plot.

Thats right. After Bao-dur and Atton talk to the Duros, it cuts back to you while they are fighting/doing whatever. There was no door that I had to open to get into the Jekk Jekk that I remember. I just walked into the hallway that the two guards are flanking and a cutscene happened.

Yeah, see when I left, nothing happened though.
