Good Luck America

Recommended Posts

America, is obviously no longer the country it once was. Read the new guidelines your country(or the major superpower of your planet) now has.

According to patriot act section 205 I am a terrorist for looking into federal funds going to Halliburton! Seriously, I am let down by my country, and plan to move. No longer would I consider living in America, a privelidge. Good luck to those who plan on staying...

No longer are we innocent until proven guilty.

No longer do we have any safeguards that would prevent a hostile takeover of our country by an enemy if they happen to get ahold of our government.

No longer do we have rights. A trial is not needed. A phone call would not have to be permitted. You could be deported to an Iraq prison, for a reason unknown to you.

Gathering information on who they might be doing this to(locking up with no rights), is now officially considered terrorism. So don't expect a list of people who have had this happen to them...

No longer is there a definition for terrorist past someone doing a crime in America. You can be considered a terrorist now, technically due to the Patriot act, for running a stop sign...

If taken technically, and I was a government agent using the 1st and second patriot act. I could follow my enemy until he runs a stop sign, catagorize that as terrorism(Any act violating domestic law here can now be considered terrorism), pull him over, take him out handcuff him, proceed to BEAT THE LIVING **** out of him, have him deported to Guantanamo with no phone call no answer to where he is to his family, and then have him executed, because 'terrorists' can now be executed with no trial.

All completely 'legal' in using patriot act guidlines.

Anyway, enough of my opinion or view, how about parts of act itself(which members who voted to pass it, admit, they didnt even read!:

SECTION 501 (Expatriation of Terrorists) expands the Bush administration's "enemy combatant" definition to all American citizens who "may" have violated any provision of Section 802 of the first Patriot Act. (Section 802 is the new definition of domestic terrorism, and the definition is "any action that endangers human life that is a violation of any Federal or State law.") Section 501 of the second Patriot Act directly connects to Section 125 of the same act. The Justice Department boldly claims that the incredibly broad Section 802 of the First USA Patriot Act isn't broad enough and that a new, unlimited definition of terrorism is needed.

Under Section 501 a US citizen engaging in lawful activities can be grabbed off the street and thrown into a van never to be seen again. The Justice Department states that they can do this because the person "had inferred from conduct" that they were not a US citizen. Remember Section 802 of the First USA Patriot Act states that any violation of Federal or State law can result in the "enemy combatant" terrorist designation.

SECTION 201 of the second Patriot Act makes it a criminal act for any member of the government or any citizen to release any information concerning the incarceration or whereabouts of detainees. It also states that law enforcement does not even have to tell the press who they have arrested and they never have to release the names.

SECTION 301 and 306 (Terrorist Identification Database) set up a national database of "suspected terrorists" and radically expand the database to include anyone associated with suspected terrorist groups and anyone involved in crimes or having supported any group designated as "terrorist." These sections also set up a national DNA database for anyone on probation or who has been on probation for any crime, and orders State governments to collect the DNA for the Federal government.

SECTION 312 gives immunity to law enforcement engaging in spying operations against the American people and would place substantial restrictions on court injunctions against Federal violations of civil rights across the board.

SECTION 101 will designate individual terrorists as foreign powers and again strip them of all rights under the "enemy combatant" designation.

SECTION 102 states clearly that any information gathering, regardless of whether or not those activities are illegal, can be considered to be clandestine intelligence activities for a foreign power. This makes news gathering illegal.

SECTION 103 allows the Federal government to use wartime martial law powers domestically and internationally without Congress declaring that a state of war exists.

SECTION 106 is bone-chilling in its straightforwardness. It states that broad general warrants by the secret FSIA court (a panel of secret judges set up in a star chamber system that convenes in an undisclosed location) granted under the first Patriot Act are not good enough. It states that government agents must be given immunity for carrying out searches with no prior court approval. This section throws out the entire Fourth Amendment against unreasonable searches and seizures.

SECTION 109 allows secret star chamber courts to issue contempt charges against any individual or corporation who refuses to incriminate themselves or others. This sections annihilate the last vestiges of the Fifth Amendment.

SECTION 110 restates that key police state clauses in the first Patriot Act were not sunsetted and removes the five year sunset clause from other subsections of the first Patriot Act. After all, the media has told us: "This is the New America. Get used to it. This is forever."

SECTION 111 expands the definition of the "enemy combatant" designation.

SECTION 122 restates the government's newly announced power of "surveillance without a court order."

SECTION 123 restates that the government no longer needs warrants and that the investigations can be a giant dragnet-style sweep described in press reports about the Total Information Awareness Network. One passage reads, "thus the focus of domestic surveillance may be less precise than that directed against more conventional types of crime."

*Note: Over and over again, in subsection after subsection, the second Patriot Act states that its new Soviet-type powers will be used to fight international terrorism, domestic terrorism and other types of crimes. Of course the government has already announced in Section 802 of the first USA Patriot act that any crime is considered domestic terrorism.

SECTION 126 grants the government the right to mine the entire spectrum of public and private sector information from bank records to educational and medical records. This is the enacting law to allow ECHELON and the Total Information Awareness Network to break down any and all walls of privacy. The government states that they must look at everything to "determine" if individuals or groups might have a connection to terrorist groups. As you can now see, you are guilty until proven innocent.

SECTION 127 allows the government to takeover coroners' and medical examiners' operations whenever they see fit. See how this is like Bill Clinton's special medical examiner he had in Arkansas that ruled that people had committed suicide when their arms and legs had been cut off.

SECTION 128 allows the Federal government to place gag orders on Federal and State Grand Juries and to take over the proceedings. It also disallows individuals or organizations to even try to quash a Federal subpoena. So now defending yourself will be a terrorist action.

SECTION 129 destroys any remaining whistle blower protection for Federal agents.

SECTION 202 allows corporations to keep secret their activities with toxic biological, chemical or radiological materials.

SECTION 205 allows top Federal officials to keep all their financial dealings secret, and anyone investigating them can be considered a terrorist. This should be very useful for **** Cheney to stop anyone investigating Haliburton.

SECTION 303 sets up national DNA database of suspected terrorists. The database will also be used to "stop other unlawful activities." It will share the information with state, local and foreign agencies for the same purposes.

SECTION 311 federalizes your local police department in the area of information sharing.

SECTION 313 provides liability protection for businesses, especially big businesses that spy on their customers for Homeland Security, violating their privacy agreements. It goes on to say that these are all preventative measures - has anyone seen Minority Report? This is the access hub for the Total Information Awareness Network.

SECTION 321 authorizes foreign governments to spy on the American people and to share information with foreign governments.

SECTION 322 removes Congress from the extradition process and allows officers of the Homeland Security complex to extradite American citizens anywhere they wish. It also allows Homeland Security to secretly take individuals out of foreign countries.

SECTION 402 is titled "Providing Material Support to Terrorism." The section reads that there is no requirement to show that the individual even had the intent to aid terrorists.

SECTION 403 expands the definition of weapons of mass destruction to include any activity that affects interstate or foreign commerce.

SECTION 404 makes it a crime for a terrorist or "other criminals" to use encryption in the commission of a crime.

SECTION 408 creates "lifetime parole" (basically, slavery) for a whole host of crimes.

SECTION 410 creates no statute of limitations for anyone that engages in terrorist actions or supports terrorists. Remember: any crime is now considered terrorism under the first Patriot Act.

SECTION 411 expands crimes that are punishable by death. Again, they point to Section 802 of the first Patriot Act and state that any terrorist act or support of terrorist act can result in the death penalty.

SECTION 421 increases penalties for terrorist financing. This section states that any type of financial activity connected to terrorism will result to time in prison and $10-50,000 fines per violation.

SECTIONS 427 sets up asset forfeiture provisions for anyone engaging in terrorist activities. There are many other sections that I did not cover in the interest of time. The American people were shocked by the despotic nature of the first Patriot Act. The second Patriot Act dwarfs all police state legislation in modern world history.

What can be done against this? I did my bit by not voting for any encumbants, but they all got in. Nothing will change and things will get progressively worse. The only way to stop it is through violent overthrow of the US government and that will not happen.

What can be done. lol. Aside from a revolutionary rebellion(anyone who organized this, would be executed legally under the patriot act as a terrorist before you heard their name).... Moving out of the country would be a decently effective option. But even then, according to the new patriot act, they can use these laws in other countries too.

So. To be safe? The best option(if your not considering changing the planet for the better, or in any way other then what the leaders want) Be docile, and accept anything the Novus Ordo Seclorum(New World Order) declares. Be a sheep, and you should be safe. At least from individual harrassment.

We have WHO(World Health Org) delcaring a pandemic will happen soon with flu, killing somewhere near the estimated 7 million worldwide..

Then ACTUAL terrorists(if they even exist) im sure aren't there to help ya out..... lol

What to be done... heh.. I dont know. Watch while America slowly changes into a Dictatorship. And try to get lucky, and not be drafted. Salvage your own happiness I guess would be an effective option. But to me, I wish to help the world. This is devastating to me. This type of stuff makes me fear my own safety when humbly projecting my influence on the world...

If you wish to not have something of the sort of fate Jesus had, not disputing the world powers, would be a good idea.....

And for anyone who doesn't think a New World Order Exists:

First look at your 1 dollar USA bill. Under the Pyramid with the eye, says New World Order. Kinda vague, lol, and unproving. How about some quotes, the people doing this, are not even trying to keep it a secret since most people dont care to look anyway:

hmm this is a scary development .. and even more that I never heard of the the Second Patriot Act (or even the first for that matter) .. Seems the majority of Europeans are being kept in the dark as well ..

But if all this is true, and the NWO is coming, then isn't it too late? it seems like quite a well managed organisation! and what can be done indeed ..

I hope this is just you being paranoid .. otherwise a grim future awaits around the corner!

I hope that is the case too. As I have dreams for living in America. That are just unfolding. But if all this is actually enforced, I will definetly move. Your in Europe? What is a good country. Not too hot, lots of green, chill people(who dont hate Americans)? You could help me find a safe place to live. lol... Australia or, like, Finland or something sounds good. lol.

Scandinavia (Norway, Sweden or Denmark) or The Netherlands .. will probably be to your liking .. or Finland, but the southern part, it get's pretty cold in the north .. ;) but if the NWO is coming, then it doesn't sound like it would really matter where you live .. unless you find yourself a isolated island and live in total isolation! :)

lol. Well I just have had a feeling America will go through some ridiculous times..... Things like this patriot act re-affirm such things in me. The NWO has been here for a longass time... I dont think they are entirely evil. But I do wish to attain my own safety. And looking at these laws, it seems as if I may be considered a terrorist for wishing my country was safer and less corrupted. Not a happy thought. The Netherlands sound nice... lol

...WHO LUVS YA, BABY!!...

A long, long time ago, but I can still remember,
How the Trolling used to make me smile.
And I knew if I had my chance, I could egg on a few Trolls to "dance",
And maybe we'd be happy for a while.
But then Krackhead left and so did Klown;
Volo and Turnip were banned, Mystake got run out o' town.
Bad news on the Front Page,
BIOweenia said goodbye in a heated rage.
I can't remember if I cried
When I heard that TORN was recently fried,
But sadness touched me deep inside,
The day...Black Isle died.

Your source is an opinion piece? A summation from any source other than author can only be an opinion.

As far as moving somewhere else...don't let the door hit you in the ass on the way out. And certainly don't come back crying when you realize that, despite whatever provisions are really in this paper, they are no more nor less invasive or intrusive than you'll find in many of our European friends' bag of tricks. And certainly don't bother coming back when the Supreme Court completely negates every line of this document as being unconstitutional when it is pressed. And when you go, take that moron Alec Baldwin with you. He can't act, and he never calls. (the Baldwins are my wife's first cousins)

Somehow the US has survived far worse pieces of legislation than this rag, and it should survive this one as well. Go back and read your history books again and mull over some of the facism implemented prior to, during and after WWI and WWII. When you've had enough of that, check out the other major conflicts dating back to 1789. This act is nothing compared to some of them, and no worse than the others.

Hey, I am embarrassed to be human to. I mean with all the resources and power we have on this planet we could easily wipe out disease, end hunger, and create a golden age which everyone can enjoy. What gets in the way is our own human weaknesses which will end up destroying us.

Hey, don't discourage him from leaving! Personally I dispise Bush, think his cronies represent all that is evil in the world, and would give up any one of my limbs if the fanatical fool had lost the election.

However, I love my country and have no intention of running away sobbing, "if I can't win every game then I'm not gonna play, waa-waa-waa". People that aren't willing to stick around and work to make this a better place to live will not be missed when then go somewhere else. (Somewhere that will also fail to live up to their utopian ideals, and cause even more "waa-waa-waa" down the line... but that will be some other country's problem!)

America needs grown-ups with vision who are willing to work hard, and recognize that compromise is the glue of society, not a bunch of narcissistic fools so horrified that their every want is not showered upon them on demand that they stomp their feet, slam their bedroom doors and scream at mommy and daddy, "you'll be sorry when I'm gone!"

Guess what. We won't be sorry at all!

Unlike PotC I have come to the conclusion that it will be no different anywhere else or at least won't be for long. Also there is no way to change the system anyway so why bother. The whole planet is going to the crapper and I am sure within 30 to 40 years something will happen and humanity's time on this pathetic mudball will be at an end.

Ellester, as I said, due to our weaknesses we will destroy ourselves and with only a pathetic few (compared to the total human population of 6 to 7 billion) actually trying to do these things to help the masses they will fail.

To tell you the truth, life here in Iowa sucks. I don't make enough money to pay my bills, there are no good paying jobs here for they are being shipped overseas, and things will only get worse.
