As far as I know, the devs haven't made it impossible for our character to use blasters, so why not? After all, some people might feel that it's more fun to use something else than a lightsaber.. FireWolf Posted July 30, 2004 Share Posted July 30, 2004 Those pics seem to have really high contrast or exaggerated colours. The Ebon Hawk's changed colour scheme is interesting, the red and white may reflect the ship's status. Diplomatic vessels in star wars have a red colour scheme (see the blockade runner in A new hope, the vessel obi wan and qui gon arrive at naboo on in ep1 and the Jedi fighter in ep2). What if it's someone who was under Revan and escaped with his ship, did modifications on it, like the paint job....trying to escape with his life? Revan catches up to them and says 'you stole my ship' Thief says 'this isn't yours, the paint is a slightly different colour' Revan 'sorry, my mistake!'. Yeah right! Everyone knows Science Fiction is really cool. You know what PoE really needs? Spaceships! There isn't any game that wouldn't be improved by a space combat minigame. Maybe somebody stole it or Revan sold it, they did a paint job fixed a couple system porblems or something and somebody bought it. They are running from somebody prehaps the law or sith and they end up on the asteriod. You kill them, in a battle and take their ship or something. Sounds fine to me, but maybe they were intercepted by the Sith, escaped by a pod and plotted a course for the hawk to Peragus....to throw them off, they didn't know about the escape and think that you are the one that was in the Hawk....or maybe it was Kreia...
