I chose Sith Marauder because it's the only class I really know anything about. This might change when I hear more about the other Sith classes special abilities. Although I have always liked the use of brute force when it comes to solving problems which seem to be the niche of the Sith Marauder.

Cheers!

I chose jedi weapon master because I wonder if there will be new mods to your weapons once you are a weapons master.

Need more info. I mean, what's a watchman? I know the SW history, but what's this game's interpretation? I know the pnp weapon master and master. What is assassin special abilities. That stuff. So far I'm leaning towards watchman as going full combat oriented is boring, but partially combat oriented is really fun.

I'm pretty sure it's about the same thing as a sentinel. Same thing with an assassin. But I might be wrong.

No, no. I agree with you they are about the same. Unlike what KOTOR 1 encouraged, I liked designing my characters by roleplaying...sorta. Anyway, I chose what I liked, not what was the most overpowered. I liked the sentinal background, so it is my favorite class. Now I need to know the background for these prestige classes (cause watchman is not in the pnp as a class in the power of the jedi). Then I can make an adaquate decision.

You should read the review for KotOR 2 at GameSpy.com. There's a little summarry for each class in the article, I believe.
