Cademast Posted September 7, 2020 Share Posted September 7, 2020 I finished The City and the Stars and I reset my board reputation, but Byzantium residents are still hostile to me despite have a 0% neutral rating and I can’t complete the Byz quests as the game was designed to allow me to do. help?
