As far as I can tell, the game's timescale is one second real time equals one minute game time. So one minute real time is one hour in game. That means each day lasts 24 minutes, 10 of which is sleep time. That gives us 14 minutes to do anything before the day is spent. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If some (or most) players don't mind the timescale as it is now it wouldn't be fair to impose an arbitrary change. Having it as an option in settings would probably be unmanageable.
