Giant arrows and waterlogged weeds

When arrows drop to the ground or leave load distance they can enlarge at random becoming the size of an uncut grass blade. While convenient for collection of them it has sometimes cased them to bounce uncontrollably and knock me around. Secondly when falling into a small body of water while carrying weed stems they sink to the bottom and cannot be recovered while most things float. Then sinking is frustrating due to being able to loose 8 at a time.
