When I arrived there was absolutely nothing to do but read the logs of the dead resident. All robots were in their charging stations being charged. All loot containers were empty. The terminal in the center room with the dead guy was unlocked and merely reported a status of transmitter active. I have no way to complete this quest. What do I do?
