Stutter on Xbox One S

Is anyone else getting stutter and frame drops on Xbox One S? It's making the game unbearable.

Me too. Every so often the game freezes for about half a second.

For me this started happening when I got to monarch. It has made me stop playing this game until a hotfix or and update happens.

Dear devs, please can I check if you are aware of this? Here's a video posted by someone else with exactly my problem. 

It seems like a few people have it.

edit: I'm running it on an Xbox One S that is about 2 weeks old from an external SSD

I am having the same issues on an original xbox one. It didn't start until I got to Monarch. It is really bad outside of the main city on Monarch. Please fix so I can continue to enjoy this game!
