Xbox One- Aiming/Controls Bug

I was having an audio issue, so I decided to save and restart the game, but after I loaded back in, my controls were messed. I seems that somehow moving and looking around were both bound to both of the analog sticks, meaning every time I tried to move forward, I would also look upwards towards. I tried to create a new character to see if it was only exclusive to that specific save, but I had the same issue on the new character. I'll try reinstalling to see if it fixes the issue, just wanted to make you guys aware and I'll update it gets fixed.

UPDATE: Re-Installing fixed the issue
