Secret room in EP

Recommended Posts

So, there is a secret room in level 5 (i think) of endless paths with a statue that misses a sword. It's pretty obvious that you have to put the right sword on the statue to open the door but where do you get the sword? 3 play throughs and i never found it.

The words freedom and liberty, are diminishing the true meaning of the abstract concept they try to explain. The true nature of freedom is such, that the human mind is unable to comprehend it, so we make a cage and name it freedom in order to give a tangible meaning to what we dont understand, just as our ancestors made gods like Thor or Zeus to explain thunder.

What? You thought it was a quote from some well known wise guy from the past?

Stupidity leads to willful ignorance - willful ignorance leads to hope - hope leads to sex - and that is how a new generation of fools is born!

We are hardcore role players... When we go to bed with a girl, we roll a D20 to see if we hit the target and a D6 to see how much penetration damage we did.

Modern democracy is: the sheep voting for which dog will be the shepherd's right hand.

@teknoman2: spoilers incoming:

It's the sabre "Resolution" from Level 4 of the Endless Paths.
Make sure it's in your inventory (not equipped, not stash - I know: way too finicky, don't complain to me :)), then approach the statue and the dialogue option to place it into the statue's had unlocks.
After clearing the tomb you can pick it up again. But watch out: if you enchanted Resolution before placing it in the statue's hand, the enchantments will disappear when you pick it up again. So only place a lash and quality enchantments and so on after this episode.

The tomb contains some rather unimportant stuff and the unique quarterstaff "Llawran's Stick" which has the most valuabe "speed" enchantment.

Anyway - the reasoning behind the fact that the sabre is on lvl 4 and the secret door is on lvl 3 (not 5) is that if you jump into/climb down the pit in lvl 2 you will be working your way from lvl 5 up to lvl 3 and thus should stumble upon the sabre first.
