0 thelee Posted April 1, 2019 Share Posted April 1, 2019 (edited) Arcana affects the damage & duration (by Arcana/2 * 5%), but it doesn't affect the radius at all. working as intended. the main thing that affects area of effect is intellect (no form of skill or power level scaling affects area of effect), and consumables don't benefit from intellect. generic area of effect bonuses (e.g. ring of overseeing) will boost consumables area of effect.
