Arbalest Modal description text mentions a 25% Action Speed debuff, but the modal applies a 33% Action Speed debuff. Then, the WarHammer "Last Word" has an enchant named "Final Say" which does not display, and if enchanted makes the weapon impossible to MouseOver.
