New Dragon Age game to be revealed next week:

https://www.eurogame...later-this-week

You all have phones, don't you? :shifty:

They've already done a Facebook game and a browser game, shame they shut down their forums.

As long as it's better than Dragon Age Origins or Dragon Age 2, I'm all up for a phone game. Doesn't bother me :)

I can appreciate that, for myself I don’t necessarily think that a game being weak in one or two areas should be written off. The gameplay was fun and I got about two months of enjoyment out of it, for me that’s enough

I'd still chalk up most of the games failures to interference by EA. Especially the forced engine switch. Adapting a shooter engine to suit an RPG is a tall task, just ask the guys who worked on Torn how much fun adapting LithTech was. :p

Anything that didn't directly have to do with the engine was pretty much Bioware par for the course. Which I do enjoy every now and then, but the actual gameplay, eh... it kept me suitably entertained to finish the game. I suppose that counts for something, right?

I feel bad for the wage slaves that have to realistically clean up all the mess.

I wouldn't feel so bad, it usually middle management that gets yelled at and in this case and the previous one it was likely the wage slaves that ****ed up. I'd say that they at least should get a yelling.

Well darn, that's one creative way to discourage people from submitting support tickets...

The sad thing is that this extremely unacceptable bug really punish the die hard fans. Salt in the wounds.

More fluffy than anything else, but still is cool to see the Phalanx, even though I thought it'd be bigger.

Is this Early Access or something? That looks like some rando's account.

Tindalos have shown that at least their cutscenes are really on point. VA, music, camera work. It just works. Here's hoping they'll support the actual game better than they did the first.

He's a big 40k YouTuber I think, doesn't seem to be a total wanker, but comes close (better than Arch at least).  Apparently there is a beta release this month so that's how he got it.  The voice acting has improved, barring the guy voicing Captain Severinn there.

First RDO patch is out. Not bad so far, but by now the game is plagued by something much more serious: Lots of people are using rubber bands and tape to make their characters move around in races and other game modes. This way they farm xp and money without actually doing anything. Apparently this stuff even worked back in GTAV online, lel.

Wasn't Valrak the guy who creamed himself repeatedly while playing Deathwing and seems unhealthily obsessed with "immersing" himself in the setting?
