Ultra Widescreen Bug with Top right Scroll Box still not fixed

Hello,

 

at the start of release i had the problem with ultra widescreen resolution that at top right corner of the screen the scroll would never completely disappear. I came back after your latest patches to see that its still not fixed. Its visually very disturbing. Please fix this

What is the exact screen resolution you are using?  I just want to go through the database and see what we have to compare to this and also let the Programming team know this is still an issue.
