I clicked on the soul, screen got a purple hue just like other soul interactions, but nothing else happened apart from that. I think something is missing here. Anyone knows what is supposed to happen at that interaction? I have created a bug report and attached your save for the Area Design team to investigate the issue and get a fix implemented.
