[2.0] Still impossible to complete "Lost Dues in Good Faith"

I let the Woedicans vigilantes kill Oswald, but returning to Kahn don't let the quest to be completed. The option to "lie", simply saying that Oswald was broke, concludes the quest, the "truth" option has Kahn going away without updating the journal or giving any experience.
