Those only show up in that one quest AFAIK.

I've played a bunch more of the game and ran into several "unique" enemies which are 100% beastiary upon killing just the one, so these should have the same behavior too.

Same for the Flame Nãga Sorceror (Flamewalker Vessali).

 

Apparently Forgemaster Tythus in Drowned Barrows does give this. The Sentinels there give Maurader +1's and the Disciple's Archer +1's.

Uvaala also increments this by +1, so I guess it's just the Flamewalker that's bugged.

Guess I'm just going to re-tool this topic to add all missing entries;

 

*Giant Dank Spore (Uamoru the Pretender encounter)

*The Ancient Fampyr Priest and Sage (Fampyr's Crypt - Cave of Threshing) increment Ancient Fampyr while they clearly have different stats
