As you well know, no matter how much you **** around before actually going to Eothas, you arrive just in time. This is because he amuses himself with his many crude gal lovers available on the sea while waiting for you. The Magran riddle will solve itself for you if you think about it. Further proof: The adra dragon fed upon the souls within the adra statue. Thus, Eothas indirectly fed her by electing to not take over the statue while she had need of it.
