Killed all the slavers, and then freed the slaves (both sets) however the journal entry says that the slaves remain in their cages.

 

Using the stable version as of the date of posting.

Umm. . .I've moved pasted that post (having cleaned up a bunch of quests before Ashen Maw), but I could.

Also, it seems as if the problem doesn't go beyond the journal. Whats-her-name (#2 on the council) made reference to the freed slaves manning her ships.

I just ran into the same issue - slaves had already vanished when I checked but the journal said they were still down there. I've saved a file so I'll get that over to you guys
