lovers embrace? Which desciption grants frenzy in crit?

The dagger appears to be saying two diffrent things in the description that contradict each other about the frenzy

 

When i enchanted it i selected crit on male for frenzy,

 

After using it for ages ive noticed it is never going off,

 

So i checked it and it is giving two descriptions , it is saying crit on both, another annoying bug

 

If it is acuatually working as intended it definately isnt proccing 33% of the time on crit

 

 

anyone else getting this?
