Clickable main menu bug while still watching intro screens

It's been bothering me for quite a while - main menu seems to be fully operational under intro screens after launching the game. Sometimes it allows to accidentally click Continue and freeze the game at black screen. Other buttons also don't do anything good. 

Can you please lock the main menu until all intro screens are gone?

Does this issue happen to you 100%? We are attempting to test this in house and do not see the issue occur as described; While the intros play the areas that contain the buttons in the Main Menu don't appear to click under them. Is there anything else we should be doing when trying to reproduce?

All the time if I deliberately click somewhere on the main menu area (probably bugs out when I manage to hit the buttons) while watching intro screens. The cursor also freezes on "clicked" version.

I’m experiencing a similar issue,

 

If I click during the intro screen to skip it, and my click is where a button on the main menu would be, that button operates. Most times, I accidentally hit “options” this way so as soon as the intro fades, I find myself in the options menu.

Never managed to hit options button but I did hit New game and Continue numerous times. With the New game clicked it immediately opens difficulty/Berath's Blessings window after intro screens end. With Continue it tries to load the game but then gets stuck in black screen.

This happens on my install as well every time and has been present since the first version of the game released. Running it on Windows 10 1803 via Steam if that helps narrow it down.

This was happening to me when the giant News window was introduced. I'd click on the Obsidian intro screen to try to skip it, and end up clicking on the News window link and it'd open my browser to the Obsidian website.
