I was in Hasongo. I entered the dining hall swimming through the tunnel. Then I saved in the dining hall. When I clicked on the door, there was a message that there was an error and the game returned to main menu to prevent save corruption. I pressed continue, clicked on the door again and this time I got outside without problems. It was the first crash ever in this game. I play on a windows 10 computer.
