You can give them to the Govenor of Port Maje...or you can lie, keep them, and give them to the animancers atop the Spire in Neketaka. I don't know what difference this causes, though. Beside, my keep has no more adra status I could work with to test them out. Also, I can't wait for POE3 and learning that the Vailian have been sacrificing people to adra pillars...
