As of patch 1.1, whenever my characters talk or make sounds during battle, they seem to overwrite anyone else that was previously talking or casting a spell. This can happen with short lines like Pallegina's "Belfetto!" or even someone's groan for swinging a weapon. The vocals being interrupted seems to happen moreso to player created characters (my Watcher) than the companions like Eder or Pallegina. This didn't seem to happen at all before the latest patches. Also, for my Watcher (male Wizard), spell incantation sounds "Athek werthan roth!, etc." rarely play at all anymore for him during

Back in PoE1 I ended up naming my character Alon, not knowing about Aloth. It was confusing enough that I accidentally renamed it to Aloth in PoE2, since the save import does not carry your name over. About 6 hrs in when I met the real guy I realized my mistake. I'm pretty sure I found exactly where that data is saved, but any attempt to edit it will be reverted next time I launch/load the game. Any help? I'm not above using a save editor or console commands, just really do not want to restart, especially with that slow intro. Edit: at this point I bit the bullet

Hi! Don't know if this has been posted about before (did a quick search which found nothing): Having the option to make your player character non-binary/gender neutral would be a HUGE enabler for a lot of people. It wouldn't have to be a huge thing mechanics-wise - the same models as for male/female characters could be used, only with the option to have your gender registered as "none/other" and to be addressed with gender neutral pronouns ("they" worked fine for Shakespeare, and should for us) and titles. I'm playing this game with my partner, who is non-binary, and we both love it.

Hello, I do apologize if any of this was asked before on the forums. I did a search, nothing came up with clear info I was seeking. Before I go and buy this game~ am just curious on a few things. 1. Hairstyles Since its an rpg game and one of those that looks like you can spend many hours playing. Any chance the elf females can have long hair? or is it the generic shoulder styles named "long" ? 2. Armor Have only seen a few videos, but looked like every single class was in chainmail or plate armor..there are no robes or clothing you can wear? Had hoped to make a healing focus druidess i

Just your standard "what x will you play as?" topic where no one reads the posts as you're only here for the poll. Doesn't make for interesting conversation but someone had to do it. I'll probably be rolling aumaua as I usually prefer to play as one of the 'unique'/non-standard races and I thought the aumaua portrait in this week's update looked pretty cool.

While playing NWN2 I noticed that: the clock was running on buffs during cutscenes and long conversations there was no option to have anyone other than the player character do the talking for the party I'm hopeful that these issues might be addressed in P:E. It would be very helpful for the timer to stop during conversations and cutscenes so that our preparations don't go to waste. Also, being able to designate someone other than the PC as the party mouthpiece would an excellent option. Fragile wizards and sneaky rogues have no business taking the lead when dealing with hostile part
