Okay, I just got the game recently, and Durance just joined my party. When I cast spells with him in battle, they don't do anything. I put his AI on Support, and he doesn't cast any spells. Everyone else's spells and AI is working fine. What's going on? I really like the game, but this is really throwing a spoke in the wheel.

Timmy's Eternal Loop, no continue

I'm currently mid Magical Songs quest, got to Rancher Bill and had Timmy as an ally. Normally this puts into a cutscene and Timmy gets stuck stuttering and you can press a button to continue. However, no button is appearing and it just gets stuck on an eternal loop, no button will get me out. Also happened several different times I've loaded the game, this isn't just a one off. Please aid. -
Game Locked Up Can't Advance

Ok, so I FINALLY got a chance to play SoT. I was loving it until my game came to a skretching halt due to a bug or something. I'm playing on a PS3. When I first enter the wall after the two fights with the underpants gnomes, I'm able to kill the rat and walk into the hole on the otherside of the rat that should lead to a cut scene in which Douchebag watches his parents talk through the vent cover (I only know that's what the cutscene is because I looked it up on YouTube to see if I was doing something wrong). HOWEVER... When I enter that area after the rat, my screen never loads and while I can hear the music bed that's supposed to play on that cutscene, I get absolutely no visual and no voices. What the hell is going on? I've reloaded the autosave and other (older) save files, restarted, turned off and on my machine, unplugged the machine entirely, and all sorts of other things, all to no avail. I'm not willing to go back and replay the whole damn game on the off chance that I wont have the exact same problem, but it's a damn shame as the game is ASTOUNDING otherwise. -
Resting/Camping doesn't heal

So I was in Dryford Crossing and tried to camp, for some reason none of my party members healed or regenerated their spells. I did use a camping supplies and 8 hours did pass. I was sort of confused so I tried to go back to town and rest at an inn and the same thing happened. My party is not healing with resting, no matter how I rest or where I rest! I also, went back to my past three saves (I save often), but they were also affected by this. I have an older save where resting is working normally, but it was several in-game days ago and I would lose a lot of progress if I had to restart from there. Does anyone know a fix for this? Obviously I can't get much farther in the game until resting is fixed, I've been struggling along as best as I can but Durance and Aloth literally have no spells left and everyone is about one hit from the grave. Haha. Thanks! -
Current Content Build ID: 579590 What's gone done got broked? After downloading the latest patch on steam (It was ~578mb) and then loading up my game, i immediately noticed my characters feet were pink and any of my characters obscured by something, such as my rogue half behind the gate, and his pet dragonling. Weird, but i thought it might go away. Walked off and entered scouting/stealth mode and suddenly all my entire party turned a shade of pink. I tried changing areas and restarting the game, and also playing with the graphics settings but to no avail. Here are my current settings: So going back into the game and deciding to just play on i discovered it also occurs on items (aka dead bodies yet to be looted) on the ground where there shadow would normally be and also on NPC's as they entered/left the fog of war. Though i forgot to screenshot those. Then i opened my map to quickly move somewhere and saw this: Eww... It stayed like that as i moved around and had the same strange... stuff, all over it on other maps too. Though when you moved the mouse over either a character or a map marker it changed to this: Have attached a DxDiag and the output log. I know i'm not currently running the latest drivers for my graphics card, but i'm still using the same drivers/setting i was using yesterday before this patch and while i was having no graphical glitches like this, so i don't imagine that that is actually the issue unless something major was changed to affect the way model/spite shading works in the latest patch. First noticed this in Cilant Lis, and kept noticing it for monster positions, but just noticed in the first level of Od Nua that it also changes the Randomized Loot in containers. Anytime you load a save in an area(manual, Quick, or Auto) loot that is NOT Locked and Randomized Changes ONE Time,Frequently(for me at least) to worse unenchanted or uselessly enchanted loot. Also Changes the Position that some Monsters are at in their "rooms". This only happens after if you load a save/Re-enter from an older save. all loot and positions stay the same from then on. prime example I can give atm, is the 2 (on normal) Slimes near the statue in Cilant, when first entered and no save, one is to the right(North) of the bridge, One to the left(South) of the bridge/path to the room. if you save/load NOT IN VISABLE SIGHT(may not matter but I never tried with me being able to see anyof them) The Northern one Moves farther in the room and is now on the South Side as well. also in Cilant, the Starved, and other Whelps move, but no where near as noticeable. the un-starved Whelp ends up behind a pillar, the starved stays in same general area. Mostly Wouldn't care about this as its just some positioning, but when the Loot is Changed in Odu First floor (where I died, and forgot to manual save after clearing a few rooms with a half dead party lol) and loaded the auo save at entrance level, A Fine Rapier that Was in the crate/rack thing in the very first room where the Barbarian guy talks to you, changed into a unenchanted axe exactly like the tutorial warrior had, Boots of +5 deflection I think it was? in crates in room with spiders and little spear guys changed to a Ring of Overseeing. and Boots of +15? Vs Prone and knockdown or such in the crate near the blocked door/the little spear guys changed into copper. and only 36 Copper at that.

Ok, so when you enchant your weapons, it should have different skin.Better quality looking material, or flames etc. On some items it works nicely (crosbow, pistol) on some it dont work at all (spear, sword, mace) is there a way to display it properly? BTW, is there a way to enchant -exeptional- on -fine- quality weapon?

I am on Level 9 of the Endless Path and twice in this map I have encountered enemies, slaughtered them mercilessly, and then they come back to life and continue fighting me now invincible and untargetable. The disease slime and the Cean Glwa have both done it. After loading several times and getting the same result, I ran away from the disease slime and it eventually left me alone. Now it just sits there with the animations of being alive but I can't target it. When I went into combat with others near it, it started attacking me again and after beating the beatles I had to run away to get it to disengage. The Cean Glwa is the exact same way now. I loaded an earlier save...like two minutes earlier, and I went to go rest in my house. Darkness. I try to load the bedroom and I get a black screen with the mouse cursor visible. I can't see any menus or anything and I tried waiting a minute. I am at a loss. I couldn't find anything on the web after a few cursory searches. The bug has now spiraled out of control. First the menus had a few mess ups here and there. Text overlaying other texts. I finish a quest and suddenly My character, and only my main character, gets max level free. Just out of no where. I saw the level up icon so I started leveling up, knowing it was a bit early for that, and then boom the game gave me 4 levels for free. Has to be part of the bug I can't figure out how to attach the save file, it says it is too big

Can't cast spells.

So whenever I order Durance to cast a spell, and about 50% of the time when I ask Aloth to cast a spell, the character instead runs away. They go to some random spot, such as a corner, spaz out and slide sideways for a few seconds, and then cast the spell. However, they don't cast it on the target, they cast it in some second random spot, such as a wall or outside the map. I have no idea what might be causing this. Has anyone seen this? Is there fix? It's frustrating me because I can't beat the enemies without casting the occasional spell. -
Dialogue Sound issue glitch

So I began playing the game yesterday and really got into it in no time at all. I am really pleased with the intricacies of the game logic and love the narrative writing. The visuals and music are also absolutely stunning. The one little glitch-type issue I am running into, which is rather disorienting after getting immersed in the game, is that sometimes the character voice overs start part-way through their dialogue. This has happened from time to time both in legitimate dialogue as well as when characters speak to comment on something while just wandering around. An example of this is would be if a character were to say something like: "We should be careful in this place." the text will display just fine (thank goodness) but the audio voice over might start somewhere like: ". . .ul in this place." Although I often read subtitles and such, it is still really bothersome. I have not seen any other posts about this issue and thought that if anyone else was experiencing they could comment, suggest fixes, or get Obsidian's attention to patch it. -
Hi, I'm on Mac OSX. Character creation is smooth as a whistle, then I click Done/ Accept and it takes me to a black screen with only ambient noise, music and the hand cursor. I've tried in a different resolution and in windowed mode, no cigar. I'm going to keep trying to disable graphics options, as I assume it is related, but this is deeply frustrating - if someone has a solution I'd be very grateful!

Hi everyone! I have a huge problem with in KotOR 2. I'm DS male (5 lvl Sith Lord), I've already trained Bao-Dur and Atton for Dark Jedi, and now I have a problem with Handmaiden. When I start conversation and ask her about her mother, then becoming a Dark Jedi, she agrees. Kreia says "Betrayal"... And here we go... After this, there is a cutscene in Telos Academy where Atris says Handmaiden betrayed her and her sisters. Then she goes to meditate and my screen goes full black, I still hear Telos Academy theme playing and noises of surroundings but only thing I see is cursor. I can check my equipment, stats etc but only for my character and map says I'm in Telos Academy. When I save and then reload game I am really in Telos Academy but it's almost empty. Almost. I go in direction of chamber where are Sith Holocrons and before that room stays Atris. There is NOBODY else in whole Academy, I can't go back to Ebon Hawk. So when I talk to Atris she starts why have you returned or sth like that. Basically, it's the same conversation as the one you have when you're first time in Academy. The angle of camera is different, I can't see everything, especially when she draws 'my' lightsaber. I know that after Atris' speech about betrayal I should be back to Ebon Hawk but nothing like that happens. Does anybody know how to fix this huge bug?

I'm playing Stick of Truth on the PS3. Before deciding between Kyle's faction and Cartman's faction to recruit the goths, the New Kid's parents ground him for bedtime. The Underpants Gnomes' questline then initiates. After completion, however, Kyle and Cartman have already formed an alliance and request the New Kid to now recruit the girls. But when I head back to Kyle's backyard to have the abortion records translated, he prioritizes that we recruit the goths by "climbing the treehouse." The option to push X and send a text/tweet to the goths is not available. So I cannot continue either questline: "Recruit the Goths" or "Recruit the Girls". Can someone please help? I don't have any saves that pre-exist the gnomes.

Cut-Scenes Lag Behind Audio

While playing on PC (i7-950 @ 3.07ghz, GTX 770, 6gb RAM), I have come across frustrating visual lag only in cutscenes. The scene will begin, and the audio will play out as normal. The visuals however appear to be in slow motion, with the mouths of the characters animating several seconds slower than the dialog. The animation completes, and the cutscene continues. It's annoying enough for me to discontinue playing. Has anyone else had this issue? Any suggestions on how to rectify it? (I've attempted lowering settings, changing my audio settings in windows and all other hotfixes suggested online... doesn't seem to be a mainstream issue). The game itself is installed on a secondary HDD through Steam. Might attempt to reinstall on C:\, which is an SSD. -
Canada game breaking bug/glitch

Basically, the Canada level is awesome, but it is also COMPLETELY game breaking - meaning you have to start again and pray and pray that it doesn't mess up. Start again from the beginning, I mean. Selecting your class again. Doing all the quests again. Going through hours of dialogue and battles just to get back to your same point only to find that the same thing has happened again. It's not just me complaining about it: http://steamcommunity.com/app/213670/discussions/0/558752449560612208/ Although, granted, that is me bringing it to light, but there are many others who play the game who have come across this, and have no way of progressing. However, it should be noted that my brother hasn't come across this - we got the game at the same time, downloaded it at the same time, got all the DLCs at the same time - yet he hasn't ever had to deal with this.- 2 replies

Hello, It seems that i have some weird glitches with my game - but with some specific steps completed. I'll break them down : Glitches Seems that if you enter the cinema, take a while ( for example the first time you stay and break all chairs ) then exit - and pass in front of the cashier - the graphics turn to weird glitches ( as i saw posted before ). But this seems to be the only way to trigger this - and it's every time ( 3rd play-through ). And i haven't encounter this anywhere else. Only way to 'fix' this is either loading an area, or restarting the game Flickering Begin while you're in a cutscene - pause - and alt-tab out of the game - do something ( not just alt-tab lightning speed Bruce Lee attack xD ) Return to the game and unpause it ; and you'll notice that characters begin to flicker - even completely disappear Again, reloading area/game seems to fix this Crash - rare / random Random - rare - crash issue after the defects above have occurred, but i think that multiple alt-tabs (in a normal way) do break the game. This happened to me , twice, once after i hit Exit Game ( crashing on desktop ) and other in-game. MINOR (more a question) I've noticed that Windows 7 schema turns to basic every time i run this game. And i think this might be the cause of some of the issues Is this intended or does it link with system config ? Here are my specs - laptop ! : CPU : Intel i3-2330M RAM : 6GB DDR3 GPU : Nvidia Optimus 540M - 2GB ( latest drivers ; also running on this and not Intel ) OS : Windows 7 x64 ( fully updated ) Play resolutions : 1366x768 ; 1920x1080 I ain't bothered by some of the above, this is more of a heads-up thing. Also wondering if crashing/windows scheme is from my end or if it occurs to most people. Have a great day! Cheers, Z -

I've tested this on a few other PC's with Steam, and I've found that using any chaining ranged attack that KO's a Craig clone usually resulted in a game lock, in which I could hover my cursor over an action, and the game wouldn't register it. I always ended up using another weapon and prolonging the fight. Can someone look into this? It only ever seems to happen for that fight. -
I just beat Jimmy the Bard and went home to sleep. I'm stuck at the part where (spoiler ahead) the aliens are trying to ram the black **** up my ass. I mash x as fast as possible i cant get anywhere over 75% of the bar full. Im going crazy trying to get it. I have adjusted the settings to casual and i still can not mash fast enough. What can I do to beat this? I need help I'm losing my mind!!!!!

I'm on my second playthrough now and just came across a glitch. I finished Jimbo's sidequest and spoke to him to gain Jimbo and Ned as Facebook friends and get his reward. I used the reward and turned my PlayStation off. When I went back to play Jimbo and Ned are not listed as my friends and the quest is no longer showing. When I talk to Jimbo the "Big Game Hunter" option is not available. It would be appreciated if this was fixed, I was almost at the point where I had 100% finished, with all collectibles but I'll have to start again.

Win 7, Steam, Digital Download I am now on my fifth play through. In every one so far, either the 'Mouse-Tik' or 'Shoe' Chinpokomon has randomly decided not to be there. This makes it impossible to complete both the, 'Chinpokolypse' and the 'More Popular Than John Lennon' achievements. Reloading, and going back to old saves does NOT fix the problem. I read somewhere that this issue was believed to be caused by using the fast warp. So this time through, I didn't warp at all. It still happened. This time it was the shoe again. Is there a way to prevent this? Is there a way to fix it? Can I force it to pop-up somehow? I have saved the check point, and backed it up. It is saved at the tower, where the shoe normally is. This is very irritating!

Alright so I've come across an insanely infuriating glitch that I managed to pin point but can't figure out a solution to the problem or what exactly is causing it. I dunno if anyone else is having this issue but right after learning Nagasaki in Canada, the last three Chinpokomon (Beibersaurus, Mouse-Tik and Shoe) all disappear from the map and aren't able to be collected. I creeped my way through Canada and after every major quest point I saved the game and went back to check the sewers for Beibersaurus he remained there until I learned Nagasaki... right after learning the final fart he was gone. Is any one else having this issue and can anyone figure out a solution to remedy this? It's really annoying me and it's a game breaking bug that needs to be patched.

AU version of the game: - If you summon either, at the end of the cutscene for either summon, you return to the world with dead elves, the game completely frozen and the system needed to be reset. I wanted to say something first to see if there's a patch coming that fixes this (and other) issue(s). -
Won't Create New Save

I've run into a problem with the game - , and heading to Kenny's house to retrieve a chest I forgot to loot the game suddenly won't save anymore. Everytime I try to save it says progress until the last checkpoint won't be saved. Can this be solved somehow? Or am I missing something? Is the saving system solely based around checkpoints only?
