  1. after i found armor bee, i just managing my chest and my game keeps crashing. is it because the bee armor or there's some chest bug?
  2. A strange bug happened for no reason when i go with ship it consumes all my food While taking all my money by the daily wages so what can i do ?
  3. HI. I have about 35 hours in the game. I bought it on steam. I played offline but i found a bug when trying to deposit the armor on the armor dummy. It copied the armor piece.. I quit and went online to report the bug. After the load of the save, i was in my base, with all the items in the chests and everything that i had built but i didn't have my old inventory which had the tier 3 mallet and the ladybug armor. I quit again, logged off from the account and load the save again. The inventory was back. I don't know if this is a bug or a way to keep cheaters away from online coop but i found it wierd. I keep playing offline so i'll not lose my progress. Just wanted to report that. Thanks for your time!
  4. I'm on Xbox and I have seen on YouTube that there are supposed to be raw science points hidden around the map but they aren't showing up in my game. For example I saw in a video on YouTube there was one in the labs in the battery room and another one on the lamp near the oak tree but when I went to these places they where not showing up. Is this a bug or do the spawn in random locations?
  5. I'm not sure where to write my grounded idea sketches. Do I get an answer as to whether it is right here? Thank you so much for the great game and all the imagination you leave us! The File "Ideenskizzen_Grounded.docx" (35 kb) is in german, should I translate it with google translator, or would you do it yourself? I would appreciate a short message about the receipt of the file. Ideenskizzen_Grounded.docx
  6. Has anyone else been having this problem? My home base is located on top of, and surrounding the juice box by the koi pond in the rose garden. I'm on a multiplayer server, but almost always am playing solo unless a friend joins in. System is Xbox One X. I'm on day 138 and quite frequently every few days I have to go to all the garden lights near my base and the water sprinkler by the birdbath and kill swarms of gnats because if you walk anywhere near there, the game starts lagging and sputters, freezing for 5 seconds at a time until you reduce the amount of gnats in game. The same can be said about the ants, the soldiers keep respawning in the nest at unnatural levels and the game sputters and freezes when I get nearby until I like my way inside and kill them all. Thinking back, it all started after I killed the ants stuck in the rocks around the koi pond. There was about 15 or 20 worker ants stuck in one rock and that was my first time experiencing the lag, and now that they're dead and respawned in the nest, soldier ants keep respawning crazily now. TL/DR anyone else experiencing a lag from overpopulation of gnats and ants? It has become game crippling for me If I go too close to their locations.
  7. My characters keep permanently dying even though they have no injuries. This has happened to me with multiple different enemies for the last 10 hours of gameplay. I haven't seen a single injury since. Anyone know what's happening? I've tried resting multiple times with different types of food but nothing works.
  8. hi, i just bought kotor 2 for xbox 360 and i have the bug of the fuel station in Pragus, black screen and there is no solution, could anyone fix it? Thanks for the help !
  9. List of Bugs identified (following recent patch) Dew Collector - Spawns water once but then never again. Insect Spawning inside Solid Objects - The longer I play, the more bugs I notice are 'stuck' inside objects, such as rocks, or tree branches, it's starting to become an issue.. A bug respawn upon sleeping would be good to resolve this? Insects Teleporting through Walls (Note: I have not noticed this since the Larvae spawning on base fix, but I suspect it is still an issue just now less frequent) Spiders and the Lab - Frequent for spiders to get stuck in the entrance to the lab, or just sit and wait outside the lab, making it impossible for newer players to get out. Think this should be made a safe zone somehow. Plant Fibre is Obtrusive - When I've been cutting grass, and there's a lot of plant fibre rolls on the floor, my character struggles to walk because they block your path and you find yourself fighting against them all. Plank Huck sometimes hurts the thrower - Not sure why this happens, but when you huck you sometimes take a lot of damage from it. (Base Building) Walls are... Unpredictable - I can spend almost an hour setting down blueprints, to then find where I wanted to put a wall is impossible, ruining my entire plan. Sometimes the walls can be 50% under the ground, which is good, other times, they can't be 1% under the ground - this is particularly noticeable on rocks. (Base Building) Wall Height - Sometimes my walls will look fine, then I'll come back to my base, and the wall behind my stair case has the jagged top, meaning it comes through the floor, blocking the path to get up. UI Improvement Suggestions (Xbox Controller) 'Back' (change view) button does WAY too much - It takes way too long to scroll through all the menus just to get to my inventory, to then have to move through my items, and then enter the RT menu to do something with an item. Allow option for left and right on d-pad to scroll through select items, rather than just being able to assign each button to 1 item. Add a quick button for 'drop', for example Press X, inside the inventory screen, especially useful for multiplayer when sharing items quickly with friends. Add a "hold button", for example Hold X, for destroy item inside the inventory screen (then a pop up asking to how many to destroy in the stack, or all). Make it so that we need to Hold 'Back' button (change view button) to access the crafting screens, and just Tap 'Back' button (change view button) to open the inventory which is by far the most used. Save Menu Layout - Separate screen for auto saves, and ability to name manual saves. Equipped Gear - Please please please, make it so that equipped gear does not stay in inventory, and introduce the normal RPG gear screen! Balance Improvements Multiplayer Balancing - On 4 player multiplayer, water is extremely difficult to manage - spawn rates should be balanced depending on number of players. Dehydration and Starvation isn't punishing enough - As a survival game, and these being the only 2 resources that need managing, I'd expect the game to punish you more for not maintaining them properly. A good example is Fallout 4 Survival mode, whereby, the more dehydrated or hungry you get, the more punishing the effects become. (I understand this would be bad to introduce as of now due to balancing issues and water spawning issues, but something for the future?) Sleeping (Hunger and Thirst Bars) - Hunger and Thirst when sleeping makes no sense, they always go to a fixed value and can even increase over night? The fall should be dependant on number of hours and starting levels of the hunger and thirst metres before bed. As of now, I find myself letting my characters bar just drop to zero because eating or drinking before bed is completely pointless. Sleeping Need - This should be introduced imo. As well as more sleeping furniture which reap better results, i.e. well rested. Additional Content Suggestions A Weather System Rain Water easier to find on grass Water collector fills up if unsheltered Different insects appear (e.g. worms as they do irl) Potential movement penalty inside puddles? A clover leaf 'floating boat' to compensate for the increase height of water in areas of the garden? (and to avoid water insects from below). Raindrops can hurt if gets very heavy - clover umbrella for protection? Sun Water need falls quicker Water more scarce (Evaporation) Different insects appear (or more frequently, i.e. bees, wasps, mosquitoes) Damp areas of the map start to dry out somewhat Map Expansions More dungeons to explore (like the hedge branch system and also underground), with puzzles and unique rewards at the centre (Not just raw science, it's a great idea and all, but it's not that exciting after a while). Hidden entrances around the map with mysteries/clues inside (and more unique enemies). Quests Not just 'collect this' or 'kill that', but something meaningful... e.g. we need to build this device, collect these parts so we can construct this or further out research etc. similar tasks but with more purpose and have it lead somewhere. BURGL Rewards Selection is currently limited, feel like this could be fleshed out a lot more. As of now, Raw Science feels extremely pointless and I have very little motivation to try and find more. Backpack Upgrades - A rare upgrade, potentially obtained via BURGL after a series of quests? (following research mentioned in my 'quests' section?) - Adding additional inventory slots. Level Up! Some form of levelling system, even if just for combat... Rewards for higher levels such as for Archery, increased bow draw speed, or arrow recovery chance. And for Melee, less weapon degrading, critical hit chance, stun change, evasion chance or damage reduction chance. etc. Would make it more worthwhile taking on more bugs in combat rather than purely for gathering purposes. (Base Building) Wall Height Options - Options to remove the jagged top from walls would be nice, it causes big problems as they tops come through floors a lot of the time when the bottom floor of a structure doesn't have the same skeleton as the floor above. The same can also be said for doors - the top of which peeks through the floor above. (Base Building) Use Furniture - The ability to use chairs etc. in the future would be nice. (Base Building) Colour Options - The ability to use items from around the garden to dye walls etc. or add painted décor to them. New Insects (I know, obviously! - But here's my ideas) Ant Queen (ant nest boss) Flying Ants *Shudders* Wasps Worms Water Skeeters Diving Beetles
  10. Mushroom Gardin and the dew collector really needs to get fixed. I places them and they only generated once after i collected the water and the mushrooms. and also the sap collector its ridiculous lol it only pops 1 sap and then thats it never pops again. Also the Acorns are limited we need more of them i suggest they get regenerated like every day or two or smth. Please fix these bugs thank you :).
  11. My playthrough is bugged out literally. Ladybugs arent spawning, ants are kind of scarce. Im playing on Xbox one. I dont know what happened to cause it but its happening. It is on a multi-player server but no one is playing with me. I just host in case my family jumps on. Also acorns aren't spawning and when I'm holding any type of weapon or item in hand besides the canteen I can't drink from my acorn reservoir I have. I have to unequip my item to do so.
  12. First I'd like to say I absolutely love this game. My first play through no Raw Science ever spawned. I didn't realize this until I had played for 3+ days IRL. I had to restart witch was fine. . . My second playthrough around 20 days in game my clock stopped. I was able to load a save and get it going but every time my friend on Xbox joined it stopped again. I'm not sure if that was the cause OR if it was building a sky fortress. . . The next day when I loaded up a good save everything was fine until I started building the same stairs we had been working on the day previously. So I didn't build anything on that side of my fortress and time continued normally in solo mode. A few hours later I realized my lady bugs were extinct and I hadn't seen one in forever. Completely gone. I found 2 lady bugs stuck in the rock in the South with some Stink bugs. My friends said in their games all the lady bugs are stuck in rocks too and went extinct. I'm super sad about this because I spent the beginning of the playthrough building instead of exploring/fighting lady bugs so I never got lady bug armor. Love love love love love this game. Just needs a few less of the icky bugs and more scary ones Can't wait til it's a bit more playable. Ill try to find a work around ... maybe I'll restart again. Feedback: It would be SUPER awesome if my armor didn't take up inventory slot when I was wearing it .
  13. Loving the game so far! There is one issue besides the crashes however and that is whenever I go to hit berries with my axe, it doesn’t seem to connect or realise there is a berry existing there. My friend is hosting the game and he doesn’t seem to have an issue with harvesting berries, when he does, the berries aren’t there on my screen. I’ve asked around on Xbox communities for the game and nobody else has had this issue yet so I thought I’d bring it up! Really looking forward to the future of this game!
  14. So i was playing with my brother and when i loaded in underground and i lost everything in my inventory THE BEE ARMOUR I LOST THE BEE ARMOUR PLZ OBSIDIAN FIX THIS!!!!!
  15. english is not my first language so sorry for that so my question is simple where is the fix for some gamebreaking issues any creature in this game can somehow go throug everything (buildings i build and every objekt in this game) this makes it mostly unplayeble the pathfinding is terrible too the conzept is great but bring an version that is not unfair ( larva too strong, going throug walls etc deal alot of damage and there are groups around ur bases up to 15 wtf ) ur game is and im sorry to say that but in this state not worth 2 bucks just fix it we payed alot of money for an alpha build
  16. So far, really enjoyed the game. Really wish there was more to the story right now, as I like where it's going, but I guess we'll have to wait. Here's the bugs and suggestions I've found so far (Playing on Xbox One X, hosting a multiplayer game) Bugs: Grass planks (and other items) occasionally falling through the ground and gone forever If armor is created when you have a full inventory, it uses your materials but doesn't give you the armor. As with most base builders, the walls sometimes really struggle to snap correctly as they should, or they will be blocked for now visible reason. This damn wolf spider that for some reason spawned outside our base and constantly circles us, killing us as soon as we leave and attacking our base. Only get him to disappear by quitting out. Talked to a friend and he said it happened to him multiple times, destroying his whole base every time. When you go to continue your multiplayer game, it doesn't allow you to change the difficulty. I started a game in Mild, but when I go to continue the game, in the lobby it says it's set to Medium, but it doesn't let me change it. I don't know whether it's actually changing to medium or if just shows it there. Playing with a friend (I was hosting) and my friend got disconnected twice. The second time, he came back and his player had reset (lost all his stuff) so we had to reload an older save file. Repair tool doesn't seem to be working. Tried to fix some grass plank walls and it won't do anything. The Clover Poncho has the description of the Clover Shin Guards The decoration Slime Mold Sconce stops lighting up after coming back to the game another day. (If this is how it's designed, I think it should definitely be changed, as it's a base decoration, replacing it every day would be silly) Is quartzite supposed to respawn? Only found it once, but noticed that it didn't respawn after going to check another day. I'm concerned that if it doesn't respawn, and so far, I've only found it once, means that it is fairly limited in the world. It's required for repairing a lot of the important tools, which makes it concerning that it will run out quick. When playing in multiplayer, we have found two SCA:B's laying around, however, only the person who picks it up gets the item and the SCA:B theme. Not a big deal, but it seems to mean that we can't both get it, since it disappears. Josh Brener's name is spelled wrong on this page (they spelled it Brenner, rather than Brener) https://grounded.obsidian.net/news/grounded/get-ready-to-meet-the-cast-of-grounded When the sun is rising, it doesn't do so gradually, it just suddenly appears and you're blasted with light. Seems to happen every morning. items being put into storage sometimes don't load properly, or sometimes even seem to disappear if the box is full and you put push the button to move a whole stack. Suggestions: Change armor so that it doesn't take up inventory space when you are wearing it. The Spider Chunks icon image definitely looks like spider testicles, which is kind of funny, not sure if that was intentional. I noticed the Acid Sack (I think it's called?) has the same icon, making it hard to distinguish at a glance. Make a way to move a whole stack between inventory and storage with one button, rather than having to drag and drop. Recycling walls and such seems to be too easy sometime. I've accidentally deleted things (then lost some of the needed materials) we needed just by accidentally tapping B one too many times while working on stuff. Maybe make recycling require a longer B press. Let us play more of the storyline
  17. Hey guys, Really liking the game so far. Love the atmosphere and sense of scale. Very well executed. Seeing how awesome this game could be when it's done (probably will be the coolest atmosphere of any game since Bioshock 1 for me personally) almost made me sad to play it before it's complete but honestly the multiplayer aspect is just what we needed for the pandemic so thank you. I'm sure you're working hard on fixes and I appreciate that. Not sure of the best method to submit feedback so I'm posting here. I want to echo what others have said about the in-game feedback interface seeming a bit useless. I guess it makes feedback more accessible/likely but usually I'm making a sad emoji complaint about the game being buggy because my girlfriend's game has crashed seemingly for no reason and it feels a bit ridiculous. Not sure how useful that info would be, I would prefer a text box to provide the option of including some detail. Here is my feedback roughly arranged in order of how much they have affected our enjoyment of the game and by category. They are mostly bug reports with the building stuff bleeding into feature requests so I just included it all here. We're both running Windows 10 and playing through Xbox Game Pass. Host has nvidia graphics, client AMD. Bugs: [Multiplayer client issue] Hotlist is often unassigned when resuming a game. Tools need to be reassigned pretty much every time. Very annoying. [Multiplayer client issue] Client crashed when host jumped into soda can (first time discovering it) [Multiplayer client issue] Client crashed when host recycled a weed storage platform. [Multiplayer general issue] Spiders often appear in a different location/state for the client compared to what the host is seeing. [General issue] The Wolf Spider is extremely scary, well done. But I had an issue where I was running from it and actually managed to hide inside the mysterious machine which felt awesome. Imagine my shock when the spider just walked right through the walls and killed me. This was probably my lowest point playing the game and made me "end my session prematurely". I've also hid in the can, then watched the spider's arms no-clipping through the side of the can trying to feel me, and I know that if I get too close it can bite me even though I should be safe inside. [Multiplayer general issue] Host can't select difficulty in lobby. Client gets a "working" drop-down menu but selecting different difficulty doesn't do anything. [Multiplayer general issue] Ants grabbing stuff through walls or spawning in the base (including soldier ants). Also bugs sticking partially through walls or being able to attack and be attacked through walls breaks immersion. [General issues/feature requests regarding building] I am close to loving the building in this game but I think it would be better if the game was a bit more relaxed about building stuff which clips into hills or rocks. I am often left with ugly gaps between uneven surfaces and my buildings. I spend a lot of time trying to get a wall or whatever to click into what feels like the obvious position but that is the one position it doesn't want to go into. Also blueprints flailing around/flickering between two positions with only a glimmer of the correct option is very frustrating. I also wish you could build storage platforms etc a bit more flat out in the open. A lot of my stuff is at an angle because the ground is uneven. Yes you could build low platforms with tiny staircases but the resource cost of doing so is high compared to just building outdoor items on the ground. Please allow us to stack more items on storage platforms. Making us carry everything is cool but please be reasonable. [Multiplayer general issue] Repair tool doesn't seem to work. I tried whacking my walls with it but nothing happens. [General issue] It seems like certain graphic settings don't get saved. Even though I have set motion blur to 0%, every time I resume our game (continuing a save) motion blur is back on. In the menu it shows my setting of 0% but I have to turn it on and off again to get the setting to work. The same thing appears to be happening with my gf's gamma setting. Edit: [Forum UX issue] It's really not obvious that you need to select an item prefix to post. When I got rejected for that reason it just said "Your post will need to be approved by a moderator" and I was pretty sure it had submitted. It took me a few tries of adding tags, trying to change the title and eventually adding the prefix before my post went through. I wonder how much feedback is going unposted due to this issue. Thank you for your time and for this really cool game. ne
  18. I thought it was a flaw at first. That the terminals would just forced me to back out and go back in, for every option I took. That was till I got to the Gloop Gun Terminal. It won't let me get passed the first answer to the question or hack it. At the "Password" screen, it's completely blank. The one option I have is to "Press B'" and back out. This wasn't the only Terminal I experienced this. Most of the Terminals that demands multiple steps to get through things have the same problem.
  19. So I've Played about 24 hours Or more. besides exploration gearing up and besting the enemies already available in the game. Opting to Building a base with a nice View in Lieu of a courtyard made around a can and a research centre. I was allowed to place my storage in said can, but ants would still poke their head through and steal my precious aphid honeydew. And spiders still finding ways to bite me through the can and my poorly constructed fence. So I had to move. Now I live under the oak tree. Blinded by the light of a solar powered lamp. Upon occasion the wolf spiders that lives there likes to get inside my foundation and break it from the inside out. But only sometimes! So it's not that bad But enough with setting the story. This game isnt without its kinks what without. Sometimes Spiders can be lurking inside logs (Solid ones) so one has to watch out for that. Spiders though extremely large have found there way into the smallest of places. Often yielding rewards. A bit to easy... Acorns explode incessantly to the point they break time itself. Only to find the remains respawn there from the follow day this isn't guaranteed daily. But eventually missing items reappear in follow days. Most issues have been deftly spotted by the community thus far I've have seen Larva do incredible things.. But it's a Glitch love. There is nothing more terrifying than the alien like cave of 40 horrible creatures of indescribable origin. They have there own mind often attacking the abandoned ant hive.. just what do they do when they roam around in packs of 40 . It's like the larvae have A hive mind Ai. more so than the ants do Ants Don't Act as much as a group unit as I would have expected. They do respond to your aggression and send a soilder unit to your base eventually. But I've yet to see anything of an actual raid. Of sorts. So I hope that's coming. Lack of raw research as collectable. I saw that in the demo access this was in the fame but has since been taken out or reworked. I hope they return as the current research grind is lacking. I do understand at full release there will be many more items to learn from. Bees. Please make bees work when you can I'm sure everyone would love that I also see there is wasps in the cover art. So having a more aggressive flying insect would he awesome not to mention two possible hives to visit. Perhaps a few passive. Imagine a handful of butterflies. The pond. The pond is a great biome that needs lot of love and live. I can imagine Dragonflies at the pond. Water skates, beetles. A few Koi to make swimming challenging. More water based resources to force player to go to depths.. Perhaps a craftable diving suit might be in order. Maybe a big old boss bulltoad sat on the edge. Birds would also be a good addition being a random event where if your too high they may swoop in and attack. even better take you up to their nest. Feathers could be another form of glider. Or be used to make a more refined sort of paraglider People want to go in the house and if you can do that I'd be impressed. But I won't hold you to it. Maybe one room? Or the shed. The story build up so far has a little hint to some sort of story already there. What with the various little skeletons around the map. And the mysterious Doctor that surely can't be father to all four children right? Wonder if we will see this doctor or did he too succumb to the backyard. Also I may or may not have seen that behind a locked door, there may or may not have been some weird experiments with berries too. Anyway just a couple of bugs and suggestions I have. Don't normally even write bug reports or just general feedback and suggestions. What the heck is it even a larvae of anyway. No really
  20. 1. Larva and Soldier Ants over populate the game. The ant hill is clustered with Soldier Ants to where me and my friends believe it is lagging the game. We have also seen about packs of twenty larva travelling the backyard and sometimes attempting to raid our base. Literally, there is a lot of bugs. 2. Sometimes you have to look in a certain angle to revive your teammates. 3. If you move forward and drop a blade of grass or stem it glitches and disappears underground. 4. Doing a perfect block still allows the insects to break your armor. 5. If you eat food fast enough that's in your hot bar, you can sneak in a free extra bite even if you ran out of food. 6. When you die and collect your items, they appear to be at full durability until you take damage or use one of your tools. 7. If you stop drinking the juice box liquid, it piles up to the point where it lags and freezes the game when you get near it. Sometimes when it's really bad, it spawns in granola bars or logs into the droplets. 8. If you stack an item on top of another item in a storage container it either disappears or overlaps it. 9. Ladybug armor doesn't decrease any damage that the Wolf Spider deals. 10. Standing on top of items dropped on the ground rarely flings you into the air.
  21. I have noticed when playing in a multiplayer world with my friends, and im not hosting i have a bug with the bow and arrow where the bow shows 2 arrows at once when pulled back and ready to shoot. Also ive noticed at night time larve swarm my base in numbers above 8. Another bug ive seen is that worker ants and soldier ants end up inside of my base walls even when everything is closed off and they take items out of my storage and just throw them on the ground. If anyone knows about these bugs or have a fix plz comment below!
  22. Version: v5.0.0.0040 LAX123ABCDEFGHI[TB] -steam I am playing in turn-based mode at maximum game speed with manual turn-ending. I have made two attempts at the Neriscyrlas fight in Beast of Winter. The same problem has occurred both times and has caused me to abandon and reload the fight. Both times were due to the game landing in a stuck state when a controllable character was affected by the Terrified affliction. When it is their turn, I am obviously unable to command them to perform any actions, but the End Turn button is simply greyed out with "Waiting..." and neither of my end-turn hot key (Ctrl or Enter) end the turn. In both instances the terrified effect was present on multiple characters: 1. The first instance involved the game getting stuck on the turn of one of the animated weapons summoned by Vatnir using the skill Called to His Bidding, the Ancient Instruments of Death. The weapon was suffering from the terrified affliction. 2. The second instance occurred when two characters were Terrified and Vatnir himself landed in the Waiting... state in his turn. Most of the existing posts I found mentioning this problem seem to state that it has since been fixed, but this happened in v5.0. I do not want to use cheats as a work-around as that will disable my achievements. Is there another way to deal with this problem? Thanks.
  23. Hello, about 3 days back my game experienced a bug that didnt allow me to load my save files. i couldnt load the autosave or the manual one. Downloaded the update because i had read that it will resolve the issue. Now that i have finally done it, I still cant load the save files. It shows an error "E-B51D0002". I checked the error tag on playstation support and it doesnt exist. I'm about 15-20 hours in i believe. anyway i can get my save files to load up? I'm on ps4
  24. Hello. Loving turn based mode on my Xbox 1. Annoying issue where my character portraits in bottom left of screen have randomly changed order, altering my formation and putting Eder at the back and aloth at the front etc. Cannot for the life of me put them back again in the preferred order. Even with a custom formation they remain in the order of the portraits in bottom left of the screen. Tried dismissing and reforming the party, but they automatically go into these new positions. Thank you.
  25. Hello, I purchased the game for PS4 on launch day. Installed all current updates, played for about 10 hours. Now i cant load any saves. i get the error ( paraphrasing) - "cant load map, return to main menu to prevent corrupting saves". Can this be fixed? Can i get a refund?
