Concerning Crashes - System out of memory!
Fluffle posted a question in Backer Beta Bugs and Support
Hey folks, So I had a lot of crashes, usually when trying to load a previous session or when loading a new area. In all my output_logs I found the message: "Could not allocate memory: System out of memory!" I run Win 7 32-bit which apparently restricts the memory for a single application too much. I found these instructions to raise the limit of memory. Afterwards it worked. No more crashes so far. (Except for once when I ran my browser alongside of the game) So if you have Win 7 32-bit you may try that out. You can run the game in window mode and watch the usage of memory by running the task manager alongside in Windows. -
[Description of the issue] Crash to desktop on loading a save game [Other remarks / Comments] It happened after I loaded a quicksave, then I tried to load a full save, since the quicksave was broken (missing gear bug). [Files] I have the crash dumps/error logs, but the system won't let me attach them (no permission on .log file and the output_log.txt is too big) - Well, I did upload the error.log by renaming to error.txt I was able to attach the dxdiag.txt [special] Win 7 SP1, 64-bit, Core i5-2500k, 8GB RAM, Nvidia GTX 570 DxDiag.txt error.txt

First of all, witch I might think is the problem, I didn't kill the attacking sith assassins in the mandalorian base on Dxun after returning from Iziz. (By the way, Onderon was the last planet I had to go to.) When I returned to their base after telling me they needed help with the sith temple, the dialouge cuts out when a sith assassin attacks Xarga. (I think that is his name) When I talk to him after I killed the remaining sith assassins, he asked me if I was ready to go to Iziz... And when I say yes, I am dropped off onto Dxun on the way to the sith temple with only Atton. And I am invisible for some reason. So, I save the game and when I come back I'm not invisible anymore, but I am midway through the level for some reason. Since it was a minor bug and definitely not game braking, I carried on to the sith temple. From there I continued the game like normal (I think) and after many attempts, killed the three sith at the end. Now when I talk to Xarga when I am ready to leave, the game crashes after I am done talking with him... So, I reloaded a save that I had inside of the temple and appeared where I didn't save? To be more specific, I start at the front of the temple. Behind the door. But, I can still make my way back to where Xarga was and talk to him. The game crashes. This is really annoying because this happened on my first play through as well, and a few days later when I was fed up with the bug and had enough with trying to fix it, I left the game alone for a few months and forgot about it. Now this is my second play through, and the same exact thing happens... TL;DR The game crashes when I talk to Xarga after I have beaten the sith temple.

Sneaky Squeaker Crash (PS3)
Decimax124 posted a question in South Park: Technical Support (Spoiler Warning!)
So I found a Bug today... I have actually found many bugs so far, but the one tutorial I cannot seem to get through is the Sneaky Squeaker. In my PS3, I do all of the instructions provided and have actually did them all greatly until the time where you test it out on Mr. Mackey. When I push the joystick up, the game crashes and I have to restart my PS3. This happened to me about 7 times, now appearing in the tutorial, all crashing when the joystick is pushed up to release the fart. If any of you guys know what I can do, feel free to do put it down in the comments. Please help me! Thank you... -

Game crashes after defeating Craig
xavi42 posted a question in South Park: Technical Support (Spoiler Warning!)
My game on the Xbox360 crashed after defeating Craig in Cylde's treehouse. The screen went black and says its loading but nothing happens. I can still move my character around and tell where he is by using cup a spell, but can't move on in the game. Has anyone encountered this? I heard its a known bug in PCs. Any help out there?? Thanks -
CTD at Clyde's Backyard Cut Scene
KazRiprock posted a question in South Park: Technical Support (Spoiler Warning!)
Hi, Having fun playing the game, but I've reached a progress-stopping bug. After choosing to beat Cartman up, I watch a bunch of cut scenes that lead me to Clyde's house. His dad says he's in the backyard with his little friends. The scene changes to show me Cartman and all about to open the sliding glass door to the backyard and it freezes in place. After about 15s there's a blip of scratchy audio and the game crashes to desktop. While it's dying, the cursor is visible and movable but no keyboard inputs seem to do anything. It's reproducable and the only thing I've seen on other forums is that by skipping the cutscene before you go in Clyde's house, you can get past the error. -
Game ran flawlessly before the spaceship mission. Now I crash all the time. It happens within 10 minutes of starting the game up. Just a "South Park has stopped working" message. First I thought it might be because I ran out of memory but I closed all other apps I had running and it still crashed. I'm running Windows 8.1 using Steam. Hi there. This is my issue with the following game. I Can't Play the Star Wars KOTOR 2 properly because the game crashes after running it, more precisely when after the character creation, I press Start button. After the intro of story The system just says that an error has occured but nothing else, and sometimes just crash without error window. I can hear some sound at start but can't see anything, then the screen turns green with yellow weird pixelated colors and a lagged or stucked repetitive sound (seems). Then I press enter and the game closes (some times without error message). What can I do to fix this issue? Thank you. ------------------ System Information ------------------ Time of this report: 7/21/2012, 23:12:15 Machine name: HOGAR-48EFD63A8 Operating System: Windows XP Home Edition (5.1, Build 2600) Service Pack 2 (2600.xpsp_sp2_qfe.100216-2016) Language: Spanish (Regional Setting: Spanish) System Manufacturer: Dell Inc.
