  1. While playing with my cousins (mind you we’ve taken into the account that there were going to be bugs [pun maybe intended] since it’s only in Alfa right now) we found the game to be really fun and well thought out mechanic wise for the most part. However there are some slight issues that I came across: Environment- While walking through the terrain I found it buggy quite often while trying to sprint. Also this would happen while trying to shift from the dirt to a clay foundation (meaning it isn’t a smooth change in altitude like going up a staircase. Generally just bugs out so I have to jump instead of just running over it.) Walking on any items on the ground such as clover leaves and plant fibers (from chopping grass) bug out the characters quite a bit too; along with trying to run through/by clover stems. We also wish there was a way to stop clovers from respawning as it makes it super in convenient while we ar building our base. Tools- I found that there’s a bug with tool and armor usage. Mainly the durability meters would stay full, never revealing how much was actually left. Another interesting bug was that after using an axe or anything else it would unequip after one use making it tedious to do things (probably a bug with the durability as the tool or weapon is trying to break but isn’t as when I craft a new one and scrap the old one it works just fine until I use it a lot) Building-The only thing I noticed so far is that those who don’t host the game can’t see the purple arrow on the blue printed walls and windows that help show you which way it’s facing. Along with while inside a closed area sometimes you can’t see the blueprinted item at all, making you have to step outside to get it then go back in. Combat- I find the combat simple and easy to get the hang of for the most part. I just run in circles and stay out of view of the insects mandibles so I can’t take damage and attack it from behind. However my cousin pointed out the arrows do hardly anything even if they are venomous or poisoned. Logins- This one was interesting, after completing a lot of things on my cousin’s world (including managing to kill a wolf spider) we decided to take a break for a bit and come back. Though when I logged back in to his world a few hours later my character’s stats were completely wiped and I had to restart at the beginning with nothing. I lost everything with no way to get it back. (Made things worse that I had the spider parts in my inventory too before it was wiped. Overall- Grounded is a unique take on the PVE survival genre. While having bugs that need to be worked on, the game’s overall tone and feel is enticing and super fun to play with see what is there to offer. The dev’s have shown their homework through some of the smallest features such as distance measured by centimeters or different armor giving you different abilities based on what armor it is from (like ant armor making you be able to haul more grass and stems at a time). I can’t wait to see what is in store for the future and I hope these bugs will be resolved soon
  2. I play the Xbox Game pass Edition on PC and don't know if any of these bugs exist in other versions. B.U.R.G.L does not work. Namely I’ve found him at the end of my first game session and I saved and exited the game after returning to my base. When I started the game the next day he was gone, even in the old save games except the few first. But when I found him in these files I could interact with him. I started a new world to see if that would fix it, but I saw that he also wasn't there and probably is about 300cm far straight while looking at the lab entrance away (in the ground maybe even under the map). There're weird falling physics in the game. If you're standing on a plant and it gets destroyed or moved you won't fall. You will get one move before you fall. This is helpful if you're fighting, but if you land in a spider web you won't be able to get out, because you can't move and it won't update you position. The game has broken spawn mechanics. While playing I noticed that the game often duplicates animals like for example a whole ant army. Duplications are easy to spot because of two things: The sheer amount of those groups. The route of some animals is set so you can see them often crossing their paths unnatural by walking into each other or right behind each other. The Raids need to be improved. I secured my base when a group of 8 Larvae attacked me and my base (that's what I will refer to as a "Raid" because I think the game spawns every now and then a group of enemies to attack/raid you) but I killed them so I thought, because they were spawned again and again in my near surroundings and in my base so they could destroy my lean-to without breaking my base while I defend myself against the Larvae outside. Once even a Wolf spider spawned right on my wall while I killed the intruders. Different weapons are dealing all the same Damage. I used throughout the game different weapons (Axt, Speer, Dagger, every club) to kill mites and every weapon dealed about 1/5 - 1/4 of their HP. The spiders have a zone where they are raising their front legs and wait while it's possible to shoot them without doing something PS.: I really like the game and I'm playing it though the first listed bug and just hope that I can continue this world after it get fixed. PPS.: This will be posted two times: Once in the "General Discussion (No Spoilers)" channel, so people who don't want to get spoiled can see it, as well as in the "Feedback and Suggestions" channel because it's technically feedback.
  3. Game crashed while what seems to be building/crafting when logging back in to and loading from saved game, trying to craft the same item would usually cause the blueprint to not appear when trying to put it in a location
  4. Just a couple Quality of Life suggestions, I know I've seen a master thread trying to do this, but all it devolved into was "i agree" not a clean thread at all. 1. When equipping armor, the armor takes up an inventory slot still, this should not be the case. 2. When transferring items from inventory to storage, a move stack option would be nice. Bugs/unintended exploits 1. When on top of the mysterious machine, you can stand in the middle and range attack larva and other ground based mobs and have no threat of being attacked by them. 2. Gotten stuck in grass blades and Clovers a few times. Seemed like a geography glitch more than anything.
  5. In the hallway just before you enter the secret lab if you look to the right at the window you will notice the last section where the window meets the wall is a different color. If you are looking at the correct section there will be purple smoke directly on the other side. If you try to jump or walk through the different colored section of the window you will eventually get outside of the playable area. I will attach a picture of the window.
  6. Hello, I just tried to log in to my Microsoft account for the first time after a fresh install from Steam. My user name has an A in it and every time I would hit the A key, it would open up the Accessibility menu from behind the log in screen. To work around this I just typed my name on notepad and copy pasted it into the user name field. Not game breaking, just annoying lol.
  7. A couple times now I have noticed bugs just chilling out together when they're clearly supposed to be fighting. A stinkbug and an orb weaver just chilling. A group of soldier ants and a spider just hanging out outside an anthill. Each of these times, once I triggered one of the enemies by getting to close or attacking one, they would then start fighting each other.
  8. The Sound will get choppy after playing for a while. Backpack after you die can fall through the map. The side of the screen will light up with colors when playing the game. the colors will look like your holding a diamond in front of a source of light it is not hard to miss
  9. My character is stuck in terrain, on Rodrik Keep sewers. Closing game and reloading didn't help. Cannot switch instances. Is there code for teleporting character? EDIT: If anybody gets the same bug, solution is painful : tylde + "iroll20s" + "manageparty". I lost my achievemnts but at least I can progress :/
  10. This has happened a few times in the game. This one was especially notable because it happened with three companions at once toward the end game, where I would expect new dialogue to pop up. Companions will get the speech bubble, suggesting they have new dialogue/want to talk to you about something, but when you click on it or talk to them, you only see the preexisting dialogue choices. In this case, I: Arrived at Ukaizo, exhausted dialogue with the Guardian of Ukaizo, defeated him, then went to Grand Promenade. When I got there, Xoti, Eder, and Aloth had speech bubbles pop up, but when I talked to any of them, it only showed dialogue I had already seen. If you go to Grand Promenade after you load the file, this issue should happen for you too. I had to compress it in to a zip file and put it on Dropbox because of the total size.   11. Version: v5.0.0.0040 LAX123ABCDEFGHI[TB] -steam I am playing in turn-based mode at maximum game speed with manual turn-ending. I have made two attempts at the Neriscyrlas fight in Beast of Winter. The same problem has occurred both times and has caused me to abandon and reload the fight. Both times were due to the game landing in a stuck state when a controllable character was affected by the Terrified affliction. When it is their turn, I am obviously unable to command them to perform any actions, but the End Turn button is simply greyed out with "Waiting..." and neither of my end-turn hot key (Ctrl or Enter) end the turn. In both instances the terrified effect was present on multiple characters: 1. The first instance involved the game getting stuck on the turn of one of the animated weapons summoned by Vatnir using the skill Called to His Bidding, the Ancient Instruments of Death. The weapon was suffering from the terrified affliction. 2. The second instance occurred when two characters were Terrified and Vatnir himself landed in the Waiting... state in his turn. Most of the existing posts I found mentioning this problem seem to state that it has since been fixed, but this happened in v5.0. I do not want to use cheats as a work-around as that will disable my achievements. Is there another way to deal with this problem? Thanks.
  12. I heard about this bug around release, guess it's still around. Reproduce: 1. Never recruit Eder or Serafen. I can load my PoE 1 save and Eder is dead, hanging on the tree. 2. Finish PoE 2, and their slides appear at the end of the epilogue.
  13. After killing the oracle of wael nothing happens. It just sits there. No conversation, no cut screen, nothing.
  14. During the game process, I found the "Emotional" enchantment from the "talk sword" Modwyr never work as its description said. Is any possible for this bug get fixed by Obsidian in official 1.10 Patch? However, I tried re-edited the itemmod slot from gamadatabudle file and create an override mod; yet, after I remove the SEDisplay itemmod from Modwyr and directly adding the status-effect ID form "ModwyrBurnProc", which i set tigger condition start when player HP above 50% and stop below; Vise Versa for "ModwyrFreezeProc". But this way did not work out...... (Figure form none-modded Modwyr attack)
  15. its been years I played the game so I decided to play it again. but there is a bug I have noticed. During engagement. The Cipher's weapon will glow together with the head. but I seldom see this effect. it frustrates me a little bit because that's what make the cipher unique to most classes. they say its a bug but is there a fix for this?
  16. Hello all, I know this has been asked before but I haven't been able to find a solution yet. I tried fixing it myself by removing the ability (soul_whip) from the character and adding it again through console commands, I tried tweaking my graphics card settings and the game graphic options but it didn't work. The one time I managed to make it work was by removing the "Assembly-CSharp.dll" file from the managed folder on the installation directory and replacing my save files, it took a little longer to load up the game but the purple glow worked, I reloaded the same saved game file and my soul whip vfx was gone. So, has anyone been able to fix it? I don't mind tweaking the game everytime I load up my save file or anything, I know it's just a cosmetic problem, but I feel like the purple lash on the cipher weapon means a lot to the roleplaying aspect of being a Cipher, I know some people don't like it, but maybe someone with more knowledge and experience solving bugs could help me out
  17. Hello, First of all, thanks for designing such a good game. It is great! If I were playing it on PC or Mac probably I would love it. I wish I could say the same thing for its PS4 version. It is horrible. I bet you are already aware of it. So my question is simple, are you planning to improve it? (BTW, I am playing it on PS4. Not PS4 Pro. Not PS4 Pro + SSD upgrade. Simple, Vanilla, PS4.) If you are not aware of the problems, these are the major pain points I am experiencing: Slow, very slow, loading times: It gets even worse in Neketaka. I saw some other entries about it but I don't see any comment on when (or if) it will be fixed. Lags, frequently lags: Just cast an Essential Phantom spell and see it yourself. Or at midnight wait until morning. Or go to a water side with some reflections. Or ... Crashes: It crashes regularly. Sometimes it semi-crashes (exits to main screen) and sometimes it crashes completely. Semi-crashes are happening because it cannot load a map which is a transient issue and when I start the game again it will be able to load. the game. I don't have any idea why It crashes completely. I am trying to send a feedback from PS4 but I am not sure if you are getting it or not. Bugs, bugs everywhere: Even in a simple team management screen. Sometimes it doesn't get my team selection. Sometimes it does get my team selection, removes a character from the team but same character stuck to same location on every map. Fun, isn't it! I am not even expecting you to go into detailed bugs like certain scripted interactions keeps playing same sound file over and over again until you restart your game. No. I am just expecting most used features to be worked as expected. At this level, game is almost not playable. I like this kind of games but if I knew it was this state I wouldn't buy it in the first place. When I realise its state after I played it couple of hours, I considered returning it but PS4 store didn't accept returns for digital copies. Before I bought it, I read it was slow but I wasn't expecting this slow to be honest. I wish you had spent same amount of time for PC version and deliver in similar qualities. So my question is simple, are you planning to improve it? If yes, when? If no, why? As I said, it is very nice game! I wish to be able to play it (ideally multiple times) without getting annoyed by the loading screens, lags, bugs or crashes.
  18. Just installed the game and started playing. And everything seemed fine until the first night, when I noticed a rather big visual problem (visible more at night because of the contrast, and also that's when I came out into a more open space). Head bobbing weirdly affects the sky and horizon, causing every layer to bob kind of separately. It's only visible while walking/jogging. Doesn't happen at all while sprinting. I can link a video if anyone wants to see exactly what I mean, but it can really make one dizzy. Anyway, did anyone else notice this particular problem?
  19. Exactly as it says above, I've run into this issue every time I try to enter the city via the door or fast travel, and I have several quests I need completed inside. Any way to fix the issue or would I have to restart from the very beginning?
  20. So ends my Ultimate run. Repro steps: 1) Scoryielaphas fight 2) Character near wall 3) Character hit (interrupted/successfully pushed) by Aquatic Breath into the wall 4) Character stuck mid fall animation?   21. I can't proceed. There's no way to continue to the next character. I'm just stuck with no arrow to continue with. suggestions? I tried uninstalling the app and installing it again and I got the same result.
  22. Hi, seem like the pocketpicking bug on hostile enemies is still there, can you guys please fix this bug? I'm back to play this game after long time and I really like the gameplay of playing stealth and putting bombs into ememies' pocket. It's pretty sad that I couldn't do that anymore.
  23. This is the continuation of my previous post about 2 bugs that bother me in the game. (The pale elf glitch from before also happens to this character) 2nd bug: Look at how long her fingers are! This only seems to happen whenever I have the "Príncipi Clothing" item equipped. Difference whenever I'm using any other armor: I realize that this is a really minor issue, but c'mon I really like the look she has I don't want to change it. Please fix it, thanks.
  24. Any ideas? I'm using Epic Games Launcher but I have seen that people using Xbox Games Pass on PC are also experiencing this issue. After press key to continue I have a cursor I can move around but none of the options are selectable. Just the ship flying endlessly and no way to start the game... I'm already 13 hours in
