  3. When I scroll at night, the lights from windows flicker. I've noticed the flickering in Defiance Bay and Dyrford. I haven't been to many other places in the game yet. I've also noticed that some windows seem more prone to this flickering than others, which you can see in the video. So far, I’ve tried compatibility mode for Windows 7 and 8, and running the .exe as an administrator. I’m also experiencing a bug where the “yes,” and “no” text from certain menus is invisible, but I don’t know how to reproduce it.   4. Hi, i need help to solve this problem. Im playng with my Priest, solo and in POTD. I have after many hours come to Durgans batteri, and i am now locked inside. I cleared the 1. floor and went to the second. Now i cant get out to buy camp rests, because of the door at the first floor apperently have closed itself after i went through it. Is this a bug or? And can any help me? I have attached 3 pictures, so u can see for yourself what i meen. Anybody knows what to do? Sorry for my bad english... I have no rests, and have no chance of survive to the final and 3 floor, where i know there is a entrence out, because im playng solo in POTD. And also, i dont have enough atlectics to get the 3 key to open the door to the final floor. So need to remake my skills setings also. All my save files are after i wnet down to the second floor, rookie mistake...
  5. Description: The item “Bronze Horn Figurine” that summons an Animat reacts strangely. Multiple times after summoning an Animat during combat, he persists on the screen and can still fight as if he were a character. Also, even when the character that summoned him and thus, the item that summons him, are no longer in the party, the Animat follows the team. On a side note, once this bug occurs, the Animat moves at an incredible speed. Steps to Reproduce the Issue: List the steps of how to make the issue happen. 1. Buy a Bronze Horn Figurine 2.   7. I still cannot find Azo anywhere in the Sanitarium, I first had the bug that the door would not open after that was fixed i could not find Azo (need the key to the North Ward). Tried to leave the area and reenter but it didn't fix my problem. I would be really grateful if anybody can help me. My game is updated to the latest beta patch. I played Pillars of Eternity some months ago and this bug ruined my mood for it because I didn't want to start a new game and I don't know if loading an old savegame will fix it. I hoped that upcoming patches would fix it but as of now there is no fix.   8. I playing the game 2560x1440p. When i use the option to hide HUD (Ctrl+H), then the whole world un-interactable. Doors, barrels, etc wont be highlighted when you press Tab. Door icon won't show and no way you can't click them. It would be nice if this was fixed. HUD only show up during battle will be totally nice.
  9. Hi, I would like to report a bug that's really affecting my gameplay: Since patch at start of June, the companions and custom characters I had in my stronghold have disappeared. Custom Characters are completely gone while the game npcs have returned to their original locations but are now non-recruitable. Those in my party remain fine, but I recently hired a custom character from an inn and had to remove Durance to make way for them. Durance is now back in his original location of Magran's Fork and is, like the others unrecruitable. I enclose a link to a drop box zip containing: dxdiag output log save file - everyone available - which is a save from before the june patch save file - Dur, Greive, Sag & Hiv missing - from current game with everyone missing save file - Durance non recruitable - from current game showing how characters cannot be recruited https://www.dropbox.com/s/c3glmnvu0pdj7dg/PoE%20Saves%20-%20output.zip?dl=0 Is there any way I can re-recruit these companions as I have not completed the quests for any of them. Also, Eder's quest seems to be broken now as he permanently wishes to speak to me but has no further dialogue options. Any response gratefully received.
  10. Hover over tool-tips are not always displaying. The term is being highlighted but no pop-up shows. It affect all windows. In addition Hover links color on item details changed from solid brown and green to dim gray which is hard to read. Missing buttons: Missing fancy drop-caps for Latin extended in Polish version. i.e letter "Ś" has no drop-cap at all, and letter "Ł" is transparent instead of green.
  11. I'm playing on Steam, so latest game version (also with expansion). Very simply, I quickloaded a save i had in Cilant Lis and Heodan's character was somehow misplaced at the end of the map, in a mob of angry spiders. I would have thought that by now the game was mostly bug free...
  12. Cyclopedia -> Combat Mechanics -> Crit -> See Also: ... "miss" is not a hyperlink, but it should be.
  13. So I've just encountered a weird bug that is causing negative XP rewards when turning in at least two different quests in Stalwart. Completing the final step of Okrun's quest resulted in a loss of 2190 XP (reducing total quest XP to 5292). I also lost 1792 for speaking to Thyrsc at the end of his questline (6588 total XP). Is this something I can fix at my end or am I doomed to exploit console commands until next patch. Also, I first encountered this bug in 2.01, and the update to 2.02 didn't rectify it. Cheers!
  14. - Confirmation dialog box buttons are hidden behind dialog box. For example, the buttons to accept or cancel in a dialog box. - Keyword popover boxes dont show up sometimes, was previously working now it sometimes works. For example, the keyword for Dexterity would normally popup a description for that keyword. Sometimes that description doesnt show up.
  15. Essentially, the plot-critical quest "Ebon Hawk ID Signature" is broken. Everything seems to work up until the cutscene that plays with the Ebon Hawk taking off... only instead of the story advancing, the game plays an incorrect cutscene from earlier in the story (some Duros(?) bounty hunters in the cantina, discussing the Exchange' trap). After the wrong cutscene plays, the party respawns in front of the Ebon Hawk--still on Nar Shaddaa--and the events with the droid repair shop are "reset." So, I can go back to the droid guy and request a new ID signature, but the quest is no longer active, and I'm unable to obtain a new ID signature because I no longer have the blank ID card. And, of course, there's no way to leave the planet because the Ebon Hawk demands a new ID signature. I'm playing the game with the Sith Lords Restoration patch... and even then I've encountered dozens of bugs. I've always heard people praise KOTOR2 effusively, but this is the second game-breaking bug I've found and if I can't find a way to get around it I'm just gonna give up entirely. So, please--help me out, would ya'? I'm thinking that I might be able to fix it by changing some of the global variables with the save editor--like the thing causing this might be that the wrong cutscene that plays might be assigned a "0" instead of a "1" or something--I don't know. I'm really desperate for help here... evidently, no one else in the whole Internet has had this problem, going by Google search results.
  16. I encountered a potential bug, though it's possible that it's a design choice that I just don't fully understand. Behavior: Convincing Delem he doesn't need to eat birds leads to reputation loss. Expected: I don't believe this path should cause you to lose reputation—at least using the Survival-based chat option. I would expect it to give a reputation gain, or at least be reputation neutral. Details: In Oldsong (Twin Elms), Delem offers you a quest to collect three birds, which he'll eat to gain greater powers of song. If you go ask people about his request, they will all tell you that this is a superstition. I found two different ways to talk him out of his quest: The first is to tell him that it's just a superstition and that all previous singers were just looking for an easy way out. It makes sense that this dialog option might lead to a reputation loss, as it indicates a misalignment with the traditions of the local culture. The second is to make an argument based on a minimum level of survival, that leads Delem to conclude on his own that it's not a practice that makes sense. I think this should give a reputation gain, or at least be reputation neutral. With the survival approach, Delem is happy, nobody's bird was stolen, and we haven't disparaged any local traditions. This seems to me like it should be the maximum reputation gain, or at least a reputation-neutral solution. If we're role playing, it seems this would be at least as good for your local reputation as if you stole somebody's pet bird so a singer could eat it. I'm happy to accept it if this was an intentional design—either to reward the more difficult task of gathering all the birds, or based on some theory of Orlan culture that overrides my interpretations. In the former case, I would suggest that maybe an additional quest reward other than reputation would make more sense as a reward rather than taking away reputation for the harmless, survival-based solution.
  17. Hey guys, I had a strange thing with the Sky Dragon in the Temple of Hylea. I went to the Temple and conversed with the Dragon, I then attacked it. After awhile the Dragon stopped moving (like it had been stunned) but it still took damage. I then killed the Dragon but the Quest giver does not appear to have been triggered properly. So I can't finish the quest . He just keeps asking me how I am going with the Dragon. I also don't have an earlier save when the Dragon was still alive. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks,
  18. I've picked up two weapons with the unique "draining" enchantment in my short time playing the game (first character). Both have had their draining quality disappear from them. The first came on Gaun's Share (and I see there are other bug reports about that weapon). I didn't notice when this first occurred but on loading some old saves, every save where I had the weapon in my possession the draining enchantment was missing. The second weapon where this happened is on Oidhreacht. ​I just looted the Spider Queen and happily equipped Oidreacht to my rogue and did a quick save and then closed the game. Upon returning I noticed that my shiny new weapon was a LOT less shiny. This is when I checked up on Gaun's Share and first noticed it had been altered as well. I verified the integrity of my game files through Steam at this point but everything checked out.   19. I chose brilliant radiance talent that should modify "holy radiance" (per encounter priest spell) to add burn damage to all foes. I tried numerous times and without any luck. It seems to me the talent is not working at all.

So I am a Cipher, and I went for the Cipher ending in the Quest line "Blood Legacy" and because I also knew that the Lord had forced sex on his niece to make her birth a child, I wanted to absolutely murder him. Now it says that I will get an "Extraordinary Dyrford Village Positive" for murdering him, but it doesn't mention the "Major Negative" to the Defiance Bay that you are greeted with in the next screen. The odd thing is, when I went to check how badly it effected my reputation, It had not dropped one bit. It remains "Hero". And because it was only a minor rep boost that barely put me over the last Reputation rank with them, I would think that I would be dropped a whole rank after this decision. Also I talked to a villager outside of the Inn and he and his group thought that the Murder was crossing the line, so I am a bit confused why they call me a hero.   21. I killed the Sky dragon at act III but the quest didn't get updated. So I can't end it. The dialog option just doesn't appear when I talk to the quest giver NPC. Is there anything I can do besides backtracking to my last backup save :/ Thanks.
  22. Hey! I think I encountered a gamebreaking Bug that prevents me from progressing further in the game. After graciously avoiding 20 other gamebreaking bugs (I don't know how I did it pure luck I suppose) this one finally got me. So when I entered level 13 in Od Nua there are those spirits you need to get the password from to open the door, so I am clearing the area and after killing the last pack (Pack in the adra shell room) suddenly all spirits aggro me. Ok the problem here now is 1st I cannot get the password 2nd the Spirits are invicible and untargetable but they wreck my party. So then i thought maybe I load my auto save and reload the area by going up and down. Unfortunately the game won't let me because surprise, the raedrics castle bug reappeared and after the load to level 12 the game crashes. So bad luck for me have to start anew after 40 hours, to be honest this game feels more like a beta than a release. In general I like the game it but the combat-gameplay (I only say pathfinding) and the gamebreaking bugs make it more a hurdle race than an enjoyable expierience. Just to add another thing that happened just minutes before, the Spider Guy who gives the quest to collect the stuff in lvl 13 (Adra items) he talks to me and gives me the quest but immediately goes aggro and starts attacking me so I had to kill him and of course the quest failed. This is just one of many "annoyance" bugs I encountered until there so please fix all the stuff so I won't get stuck on the next playthrough which I have to start after the "Day 1 Patch" finally comes out.   23. I built a new companion named 'Antha', then after playing for a while, I found it is okay to build a new companion also names 'Antha'. Isn't this some kind of bug that the game should try to avoid?
  24. I've just encountered a minor text error in the soul history of Oleg Shimanovsky in the Copperlane distict of Defiance Bay (just west of the Scrivener's Dormitory). I'm on v2.02.0749. The third paragraph reads "The outer door is bursts open with […]." I believe the "is" should be removed, as it's ungrammatical & seems to be an editing error. (There are other ways to fix the grammar of that sentence, but dropping the "is" is almost certainly what was intended and it's the fix that's most consistent with the tone, tense and flow of the rest of the text.) I'm not attaching screenshots or a save file, because it's a simple textual error. (It will be clear if you open the game's dialog database or just click on the character.) Thanks for the great game! I'm loving it!

I got 4 BUGS/PROBLEMS: 1.- Can start the White March missions, cause I can't talk with the steward Like: https://forums.obsidian.net/topic/81328-cannot-speak-to-the-steward-to-begin-durgans-batter/?hl=steward 2.- Eder keeps wait for talking, but already chosed all options in our conversation 3.- If I respec my character, Savage Attack, keeps available without any need to pick it. And if i choose it during lvl up, i got 2 savage attack available. 4.- The loads time are hooooooooooooooooooooooooooooorrible....
