  1. I just started a new game on turn based mode, when you come back to life you are wearing clothes but can pick up some armor and weapons before heading up to the fight. I switched to armor and then back to clothes and that caused my character to change her look, the hair became white, the skin color became either white or just very bright and my character got taller. I tried it a few times and it seemed to happen every 3rd or 4th time I switched to clothes. I was unable to make the bug happen again after the boat fight or after reloading the game.
  2. After getting Kalakoth's Freezing Rake as a Trickster Rogue, the ability appears to be usable anywhere on a map. The normal iconography would imply not - you get the usual range circle, but if you actually click anywhere (whether it's a "can't see" icon or just "too far" icon), the spell just casts and affects the given area. This is Mac GoG version 4.0.1.0041 - game was started back in 3.x days, but I don't know whether it was a problem then or not as I discovered this purely by accident. The save file is 6M so can't upload it here; I can link to it from external if you actually need it. I've attached an image showing the rake activating in the sky over Periki's Overlook, being cast from outside the Adra Bath House. This does not affect any of the other ranged trickster abilities (e.g. "Gaze of Adragon" or "Wall of Many Colours")
  3. Haven't played in a while and only a little since the dlc so I am not sure when this changed happened but all ship encounters are now showing up like this for me. Tried verifying the game files but the issue persists.

  5. Hi, as title: when you pick the PL 9 ability Empowered Strikes on a Monk and use (empowered) Whispers of the Wind nothing special will happen. No +100 PEN and no +100 ACC. Nor on the first attack neither the following. If I use Stunning Surge (for example) it works. In addition, the other "Empower-Abilites" (+1 PEN, +10 ACC and so on) that you can take at PL 7 also do nothing with Whispers of the Wind.   6. Hello! Doing some testing I found this weapon disappeared when I killed enemies. I believe it stayed on hit but most of the enemies I tested on kept getting 1 shot so I would have to try somewhere else. Edit: Just rechecked on guards and it does disappear on hit. Edit 2: I guess it's supposed to do this.
  7. Hi, This spell is not working sometimes. I tried to respec and it started working again. Then it stopped working again after casting it outside of combat. You can find attached the output log and the system specs but the save file is over 5 MB archived.   8. As of patch 1.1, whenever my characters talk or make sounds during battle, they seem to overwrite anyone else that was previously talking or casting a spell. This can happen with short lines like Pallegina's "Belfetto!" or even someone's groan for swinging a weapon. The vocals being interrupted seems to happen moreso to player created characters (my Watcher) than the companions like Eder or Pallegina. This didn't seem to happen at all before the latest patches. Also, for my Watcher (male Wizard), spell incantation sounds "Athek werthan roth!, etc." rarely play at all anymore for him during combat, but seem to function better for everyone else. Out of combat, the vocals play almost every time. I am using the male Kind voice, but I changed it a few other ones and the problem still happens with him in combat. The sounds are my favourite thing about the game and it really breaks immersion that this happens.

I got around to playing today, and I've noticed all my characters' speech gets cut off if I click on someone else or someone else says a battecry, "ouch", etc. The spell sounds, "moeth ixi anath" etc get cut off as well if anyone else makes a sound, interrupting it. Has anyone found a workaround for this? Is this ever going to be fixed? I've done some research and this bug seems like it's been going on for a while, but I have seen some YouTube videos where the game seems to work fine. I think this really ruins the immersion =/ Any advice or help would be truly welcome.

Description: Not sure if this is the right section for it, but two Fighter abilities / talents aren't exactly working as intended - the Guardian Stance upgrade to Fighter Stances, the Unbending skill, as well as the Unbending Trunk upgrade. Steps to Reproduce the Issue: Guardian Stance reads: "Enemies that disengage from the fighter are immediately attacked and proned, if successful." What it does: It seems to occur regardless of who disengages, and if the fighter actually performs a disengage attack. You could be running in circles and proning everyone that you engage just by moving out of engagement range. Unbending reads: "50% of Damage Taken converted into Healing for 15.0 sec." What it does: It actually converts 100% damage taken to healing, a 1:1 ratio, effectively making the fighter immortal for the duration. Unbending Trunk reads: "75% of Damage Taken converted into Healing for 15.0 sec." What it does: Yeah, it heals more than your damage taken, so not only are you immortal, you actively heal any lost health the more you get hit. I'm not sure about Guardian Stance, but Unbending and Unbending Trunk applies to NPCs as well, so when they hit that button they become effectively unkillable until the ability expires.   11. I'm having some issues, I just booted up my savefile for the first time since the last update, and in the next fight half the npcs are invincible and won't die when reaching 0 HP. EDIT: It seems like it only happens in the Drowned Barrows.   12. and i wouldn't have known if i wasn't messing around with the other histories and seeing vela on the beach with the magranite, imported my save,and nowhere to be found,quicksave quickload didnt work completing the gather the ppl quest didnt work either
  13. Hello, I recently bought PoE2 - Deadfire and upon launching the .Exe, either through steam or directly, The game fails to even start and the following error is displayed on the desktop: Oops! The game crashed. The crash report folder......It would be great if you'd send it to the developer of the game!" I uninstalled, re-installed, restarted my PC, returned the game on steam and bought on GOG, made sure my drivers are up to date, and a myriad of other attempts at fixing the issue but so far, 0 luck. here is the bug report and my dxdiag. During the beta AOE weapons were fine, but since 4.0.1 (perhaps 4.0 launch, didn't get any aoe weapon when I replayed when the patch launched) no martial abilities work with the AOE weapons like Whispering greatsword or Citzal's Lance. The ability only affect the target (and no aoe dmg) and my character just keep launching the same ability again & again until no more resources. EDIT : Both Hand mortar weapons aren't affected. Perhaps only melee AOE weapons are bugged? Don't know if i'm the only one affected (problem with my game?) since no one report it but AOE weapons are useless right now.
  15. Hello. I have a bug/a question, this depends. From the game release the Fighter subclass Black Jacket had no Constant Recovery. One of the patches gave him the ability to recover, although less efficient then in usual fighter. When I tried to create chareacter-adventurer Black Jacket, the game said I can't take Rapid Recovery as I had no Constant Recovery. Is this a bug? Or is intended to be a part of the penalty?
  16. Unfortuanetly, I don't have a good way to reproduce this bug. Occasionally, when I load the game I get a rash of daily wages paid on the right side of the screen, from top to bottom. I had 76000 coins, after the load it dropped to 59000. I immediatly reloaded again and I was back up to 76000. Not sure what triggers it but it has happened a few times in my playthroughs and I always reload and it doesn't happen the second time.

  18. Animal companion abilities not showing up in the selection screen for abilities. Character is a multi-class geomancer. Screenshot might not show the full abilities list, but Takedown is not there(nor it's upgraded forms). It only appear in the locked presets for Ranger.   19. When hovering pointer over damage, accuarcy or penetration, space between "Main" and a number disappear, as per the attached screenshots.
  20. Hello, I am having some odd interactions on the level where you are fighting the vithrack and spiders/eggs. 1) Combat wavers in and out after a fight. It will turn on a few second and then off, even when all enemies on level are defeated. I can stealth to stay out and regen. 2) Numbers do not seem to be adding correctly on combat log. My characters are getting hit for multiple times what is showing in combat log. Up to 4x what is displayed. Egg Spiders in particular are hitting for around 140 damage when it is reading 37 in log. I feel like the damage is off here not the log because that seems pretty high for the tiny spiders. Edit: Spun Terrace is the name.
  21. When I attempt to recharge the archer card to assist a ranged combat check she changes the other dice to d4s. This results in a much lower chance as it changes d12s to d4s. Let me know if you need more info. I'm running through the first stage on the second difficulty setting on a Google pixel android phone and this has happened every time I have used her so far
  22. I haven't played the game for months, but I came back to play the two latest DLC's. After resting while playing Seeker, Slayer, Survivor content, Pallegina gave me her farewell letter, left the party, and appeared in the middle of the sea on the global map. I'm hoping other players might know more about this than me. --- For some background/context: I beat the game a few months ago. I had offered an alliance to the Royal Deadfire Company, then backed out when they said their plans to assassinate the Onekaza - which causes a 'shootout' which kills a lot of people and deals a blow to the faction. I allied with the Huana after. Pallegina and Maia didn't have issues (or comments) on this at the time, except that Pallegina understood why I'd side with the Huana.
  23. i have been playing POTD difficulty and have noticed an issue when selling my items.   24. Description: It is possible to go through the shipwreck where Lord Darryn's Voulge can be obtained without getting it. If the players selects the "Leave" option after first clicking on the shipwreck, clicking on it again will skip the voulge and go straight to the other items. Steps to Reproduce the Issue: Go to the southmost island located left of the Harbinger island(there's a storm next to it). There should be a shipwreck. Click on the Shipwreck. Select "Leave". Click on the Shipwreck again. Go through the loot. You don't get Lord Darryn's Voulge.   25. Hello, I was testing some of the new abilities and I can not get the summoned fists to work in a way that makes sense. First the main hand attack is not applying 20% raw damage on hit. Second is that when the off hand does the damage calculation for the raw buff it is lower than 20% and doesn't seem to scale properly. My understanding it that from previous on hit+% bonuses is that they calculate from other damage bonuses as well(though based on their smaller base damage). Here at the base power level you learn them(3 I believe) they are doing slightly less than 20% but at power level 7(in pics) they are doing only slightly more than 20%(previously hit +20% are doing over 30% and matching damage bonuses when calculated). I did not take any pictures of the low power level damages, because I wasn't sure it was messing up at first, but I can if you need some.
