I've decided that I won't ever be watching any movies that start with "The Man". To my delight, I looked through my list of watched movies and I haven't already accidentally seen one.

Opting out of not one, but two, Alfred Hitchcock films, a John Ford film, a Coen Brothers film, a Terry Gilliam film, every adaption of a certain Dumas story, and if you're not that particular about the article "The", then also a Miloš Forman film.

How to summarize 40 years of video gaming in a single blog post... 🤔

Maybe break it into parts and pitch each part?  Nothing in Fio's post indicates you couldn't have multiple bites at the blog (cue Fio clarification).

    Mulholland Drive (2001)

I can certainly bang out a very big blog post about games but I'm not sure if it has to be Obsidian specifically.

Based on Fio's wording, I think they'd want a blog post to tie into Obsidian's games in some way.

Maybe a rabies variant? Instead of resenting water, you started resenting food? Please tell if the urge to bite people suddenly comes over you!

edit: Iirc, the rabies symptom is called hydrophobia, no idea what the food equivalent would be

    Trofiphobia?

I'm completely fine and normal in every other way. I'm weight lifting like I always have, going for bike rides, I have energy, I'm active. The only thing "wrong" with me is that I have no desire to eat.

I think loss of appetite in general is called Anorexia (not to be confused with Anorexia Nervosa) but is usually a symptom of other things.  I would think as long as you're getting enough calories when you do eat and everything is going through your digestive system fine and you're also not dehydrated, the only worry would be if it persists since weight loss is tied to some cancers and other illnesses (but also to more benign sources like stress and reactions to CBD).

  4. You should be able to click the "Circle D" that currently represents where your avatar would be.  This will take you to your profile.  You should see a icon (by the Circle D on your profile on desktop, I think its to the left of your Circle D profile symbol on mobile) that allows you to change your photo.  Max file size is .1MB.  Once you upload the picture, it should give you the option to 'center' the image so you can get what you want in the profile area.

  5. I love Deep Rising, Stephen Sommers film before THE MUMMY (1999).

That said, they could have not killed Una Damon's character so early as I liked her banter with Kevin J. O'Conner and Treat Williams and it'd have been nice to keep the crew together for longer.

Loads of fun actors in support too (Wes Studi, Jason Flemyng, Anthony Held, and Djimon Hounsou from the top of my head).

I believe it was Louis Kuehnle from Atlantic City, New Jersey, who once got more votes than the city had voters. This would have been in the 1910s or 1920s, and the main opponent was one Woodrow Wilson.

Kuehnle didn't run for governor of NJ, but was supporting the Republican candidate Vivian Lewis, who lost to Wilson in 1910.  Kuehnle was the boss of the political machine in Atlantic city at the time. It was reported in the New York Times that Keuhnle, on behalf of Lewis, did deliver more votes for Lewis in Atlantic City that there were voters.  He was paying people to vote for deceased voters still on the rolls and for seasonal hotel employees in Atlantic City who weren't in town in November but whom he'd gotten to register to vote.

Wilson ran partially on cleaning up politics in NJ, and was able to successfully pursue criminal charges against Kuehnle after he got elected. Kuehnle was chairman of the water commission and Wilson was able to uncover where Kuehnle was changing contract terms to pay companies he owned more money from government contracts that was originally bid.  Knucky Johnson took over the machine, and while Kuehnle came back after his conviction and got elected to the city commission, he never wielded the same power again.

That is interesting. Im sure there are more  cases of that and it would be applicable to  happen in NJ and in that time period if you think of the era of prohibition and the influence of the mob and the rampant political corruption

This happened prior to the Volstead Act / Prohibition (1920-1933); Atlantic City however was home to a large number of criminal rackets (gambling and prostitution, primarily I believe) and a political machine believed to be as effective as Tammany Hall or the Vare's in Philidelphia.
