Confirmed fixed or confirmed still happening?
I don't think high INT should bestow a penalty as that is counterintuitive: If you invest points in an attribute, you should get benefits from it.

Question for Steam people who are playing with the beta: Have the following been fixed?

Able to see Druid + Spiritshift simultaneously (link)
Lash visual effect doesn't show in inventory when enchanting weapons (link)

Josh mentioned on Something Awful that Rangers were getting a balance pass. Are there any information available about that?

Brandon, please extend my appreciation and thanks to the whole crew. Pillars of Eternity is great and so is your continued support. I am confident many reported bugs will eventually get fixed with subsequent patches and I, for one, am more than happy to contribute by reporting bugs.
On a mildly related note, please make sure Eric keeps an eye on the thread where we report typos as we've been fairly active over there since 1.05 ;-)

9. Spellbind items not giving the spell until you equip then save/load
Chances are this is related to this.
EDIT: Unrelated, but I've just noticed that 1.5 shows "Interrupt" and "Concentration" in the character record. Nice touch Any chance they'll get a small icon next to them like other items shown in there (accuracy, damage, defenses, damage reduction)?
Also, could any dev shed some light on how exactly Interrupt and Concentration are calculated?

Yeh, I would like to have a reason for wearing the Sanguine plate besides its looks. I mean—I really want my main to wear it because of the looks, but now picking the Sanguine plate over the funky adra plate would be shooting myself in the foot.

I agree with people asking Obs to reconsider the change made to Sanguine Plate.
It's easily the best-looking armor in the game and I would like an excuse to make my main wear it
Interesting that this blog post has "portraits" within its tags ... any new portraits coming with 1.5?

What's with the randomly varying movement speed?
I don't think I've ever experienced it.
That said, kudos to Obsidian for putting out two patches and two hot fixes so short after release

@Adragan - IE Mod can do that for you (but it is not compatible with the beta patch so if you're using it, you'll have to wait until the official release and subsequent mod update.)
I've had QA confirm that monster buffs applying to party members have been fixed.
