Is it possible to trigger disengagement attacks from push/pull abilities?
For example,
My tank as an enemy engaged and my cipher successfully casts Amplified Thrust, pushing the enemy away. Would this trigger a disengagement attack?
Cheers.

Were the difficulty increases targeted at only verteren and PotD? Because I've been playning on normal and have felt challenged.
Yep. Your normal game will stay the same.
There have beem some balance changes to class abilities that will affect everyone, however. You should be fine, though.

Hey, just reporting a Crash to Desktop.
I just finished raiding The Early Muster, looked through some inventory and character screens, then pressed the button to go to the boat, like walk around it like map. The game then Crashed to Desktop.
Attached are the logs, etc.

Melbourne, Australia. It is 3.12 AM and I'm reloading GOG every 30 seconds waiting for the download to become available.

Check some of the earlier threads anout multiclass options. The ciphers seem to be quite popular and have been talked about a lot. You should be able to find some useful info.

But when you click on "view new content," you'll inevitably see the thread title of some dude posting in the non spoiler area. Or alternatively, Boeroer will post a build so brilliant that I'll want to start my character from scratch.
I was taking a jab at you for the 'tropical dragon' reveal.

I thought this was supposed to be a no spoiler area.

Can a mod make this a pinned thread? This is an important thread.

I'm so excited for the soundtrack! It is a large, important carriage on my hype train!
Toot toot!

This is how I'm planning on running Eder. A swashbucklering thug with Saber and dagger or maybe a hatchet.
EDIT: What's the hatchet modal?

First of all: what are white jackets in this context?
I'd like an answer to this, too.

I played PoE on PotD as a Ranger with the Bear companion. To me, it seems like the reduced party size makes the Ranger more powerful.
An extra body is more useful the fewer bodies you have.

It's going to take me about 9 hours to download it.

Height (or more accurately the scale to all dimensions) is very easy to mod for all characters of that race/gender combination. So if you think male elves should be taller than humans you need to change a single line in the "global.gamebundle"
But yeah a customize able scale just for the player character would be nice and I think relatively easy to implement
Temple of Elemental Evil did this. My experience with this feature was that it can loom really weird when you get away from the standard size.
That's probably more of an issue with how they scaled it, though.

Guess who is leaving the computer on overnight on Tuesday night!
EDIT: Between this and Scavenger Code I feel like I picked the wrong platform. Why being cool has to be so difficult sometimes?
I feel you!
Although in my case, it's why does trying to maintain an undeserved air of moral superiority have to be so difficult?

Personally, I'm getting the impression the Deadfire ranger has to be pet oriented (as in, the majority of ability picks serve the pet) or be multi classed. There just isn't a lot for the ranger to do in the first 10 levels or so.
Do you know you get to see the whole ability tree at character creation?

Kind of off topic:
I'm going to be running Eder as a Fighter/Rogue. He always struck me a bit of a dirty fighter (plus in PoE he started with focus in thug weapons, iirc.)

Bell is fantastic. His incorporation of existing motifs into new textures and structures has me even more excited for the soundtrack than I already was.
I personally love his use of the brass section in this piece.
Keep it up, Bell!

For Deadfire I'm planning on importing my PoE character, an arquebus-wielding ranger with a bear companion.
I found the Apprentice Sneak Attack talent in PoE to be great.
My question is two-fold:
Firstly, to be dealing out the damage, should I be looking at playing a Scout for the Sneak Attack and other abilites or would a single-class ranger work fine?
Secondly, does a Scout play much differently to a Ranger? What's the "feel" of both options?
Thanks heaps,

Iirc, there was some talk ages ago by someone on the forum about creating a filter kind of thing to watercolour-ise portraits.
Did that get anywhere?

Just so you don't get out of bed in vain - Wednesday is the 9th (Tuesday is the 8th) - I'm on a similar timezone (1am for me on the Wednesday)
True. That's an embarrassing brain fart.

How is "Sassypants" in Vailian?
'Birichina' means insolent/ mischievous etc. But can also be used affectionately.
'Sfacciata' would also work well. Means Cheeky, brazen etc.
