  1. Alternate reality were you lost in your Ironman Insane playthrough early on. Where all the countries pull out and Thin Men keep criting on your troops from across the map.

  2. (i mean by the endgame you get on equal footing in terms of air combat and your ground troops have access to power armors that are super tanky, can fly or can make you invisible, plus you get to improve on enemy plasma weaponry, you also get super advanced in genetics and you can create dudes that can punch sectopods in their face with big metal powerfists)

And now we're gonna do it again. Better late than ever?

Twenty years have passed since world leaders offered an unconditional surrender to alien forces and XCOM, the planet's last line of defense, was left decimated and scattered. Now the aliens rule earth, building shining cities that promise a brilliant future for humanity on the surface while concealing a sinister agenda below and eliminating all who dissent from their new order.

Only those who live at the edges of the world have a margin of freedom. Here, a force gathers once again to stand up for humanity. Always on the run, the remnant XCOM forces must find a way to rise from the ashes, expose the insidious truth behind the occupation and eliminate the alien threat once and for all.

"The evil menace (Wailing Death, Sith, Reapers, Darkspawn, Fade Demons) is coming to kill us all!"

    - Begin the opening tutorial section, typically involving a few temporary party members. (Endar Spire, Eden Prime, DA:O's origin stories, Neverwinter's academy, etc.) These temporary party members usually end up biting it

    - The first major area is visited, and the player meets his first real party member (Carth on Taris, Alistair at Ostagar, Kaidan on Eden Prime). This character is often the Nice Guy With A Troubled Past (see below)

    - The evil menace deals a major blow (Eden Prime is attacked by Saren, Taris is wiped out by the Sith, the Grey Wardens are wiped out at Ostagar)

    - The main character then joins an elite group (Jedi, Spectres, Inquisition, Grey Wardens, etc.) dedicated to combating the evil menace

    - Now the sandbox is opened, and the player must go to four locations in order to collect the plot coupons needed to continue (info on Saren, Star Maps, Grey Warden treaties)

    - Prior to the final battle, the SHOCKING TRUTH is revealed:

    1. We sort of knew about Coryphish already

    2. No temporary members this time

    3. First three members are Cass, Varric and Solas. None of them are "nice"

    4. Yeah Haven

    5. You were already part of it, they just promote you

    6. Not this time

    7. A few truths about the lore and stuff, but nothing about you personally. Coryphish dies and the game goes on.

  5.

Gaider is getting spat on in Twitter cause people thing Iron Bull's relationship is unhealthy. He's actually the least "problematic" of them all.

What are they saying is unhealthy about it?

After you fudge him, you have the option of not liking it and breaking it off. It's silly, cause he warned you before and even set a safe word.

  6.

I know there's a few Shantae fans here, Anybody play Pirate's Curse? It's probably one of the funnest, and challenging, games I've seen in a while.

I plan to scoop it up for the Wii U very soon.  I'm a huge fan of the series.

Edit:  We also get Half-Genie Hero supposedly sometime this year with playable Rottytops!

    Rotty, Bolo, Risky and Skye.

  7. They could have linked the SP with the MP by allowing you to play through some of those war room missions in MP.

And unlike ME3, where the MP (originally) was a part of your "score" for the ideal ending, nothing seemed to matter in DAI so it would have simply been a periphery thing.  It's not like if you chose to ignore the war room missions, it affected your ending anyway.  So tying them to the MP could have been kind of interesting.

Actually, there's a few war table missions that affect the Orlais ending
