You can't go wrong with all that NOFX on a workout mix. Nothing like punk rock drums to get the blood flowing. I had "The Decline" on my exercise bike mix back in the day, and I'd try to match the intensity of the song. That was 18 minutes of hard work.
And here's a metal gem you might want to try:
Racer X - Technical Difficulties
Good luck!

Long time no see, Drabek!
No music at the moment, but The Hold Steady's "You Can Make Him Like You" has been running through my head for most of the afternoon.
Yup, I tried to make a shocking appearance. It's not that I don't like Radiohead, far from it. I just think they get too much credit for writing about heavy stuff. Everybody knows the best songs are about chicks!
BTW, "You Can Make Him Like You" rocks.
The Avett Brothers - Pretty Girl from Chile

Most overrated band ever: Radiohead
Oooooooh yeah, I said it!
The Gin Riots - Be Sweet
off the brand-spankin' new Afghan Whigs tribute CD.

Beatallica - The Thing That Should Not Let It Be

Ah, five years later it still brings a smile.

Do they do that little squealing giggle that good ol' Black Francis does before he sings "What's that floating in the water?"
Because that is the best part of that song.
Earl Greyhound - S.O.S.

Diligent readers of the Internet may have seen it already, but Kotaku has a "what we know so far" post up. It has a Q&A with several Bio and LA folks, including lead writer Daniel Erickson and art director Jeff Dobson.
Here's the link: READ ALL ABOUT IT!
Here's a snippet from the part where they talked about the story. Edits are mine.
The story goes that after KOTOR, two Jedi got exiled into deep space, ran into the Sith, (feces) hit the fan, and then they were sent back to the Republic as Sith emissaries. The Sith then kicked the (feces) out of the Republic, abruptly backed off and said -
Some blasts from the past in here for sure... Old Skool Wheelman and Ghost of Anakin were two of the most prolific posters back when I joined. And I do remember the Ender debacle, although I wasn't paying much attention at the time.
I was probably more concerned with whether or not KOTOR 2 would have upgradable blasters.

I assembled a bookcase today. The materials seem to be well made, and I don't believe I skipped any steps, so I believe that it should be able to fulfill its purpose.

Re: The Dandy Warhols
I always liked "Minnesoter." Don't know if it was a single though. "Hard On for Jesus" was another good song, but I'm 100 percent certain that wasn't a single.
Anyway, I'm listening to "Police Truck" by the Dead Kennedys, and it's taking me back to high school.

The National League All-Stars' starting outfield should have been all Pirates.
No, really.

The Clash ~ The Guns Of Brixton
You know, I heard a terrible Dropkick Murphys cover of that a few years ago.
I didn't know there was anything the Dropkick Murphys did that wasn't terrible
Modest Mouse ~ Wild Pack of Family Dogs
Zing!
No, really, that song was terrible even for them. Even when I used to like them (in small doses) I still thought it was awful.
Marvin Gaye - Inner City Blues (Make Me Wanna Holler)

Roland the Headless Thompson Gunner - Warren Zevon

11 death is not the end
I wonder if this is a cover of the Dylan song that Nick Cave covered on his Murder Ballads album. It's got two pretty big guest vocalists, his fellow Aussie Kylie Minogue and former Pogues frontman Shane McGowan.
Metallica have a history of covering Nick Cave songs. They did a pretty slick version of "Loverman" on Garage Inc., their all-covers album.
. Is this the same song? The Rolling Stones - Loving Cup
