The baby spitting the ship is probably just some sort of metaphor again. Since it's technically the same sequence as in DS1 when you die and get reborn.
I'm way more wtf about those tiny puppets, and the stupid guitar weapon. Guess we're going into the direction of Pinocchio maybe? Would also fit with the stranded whales from DS1.

@Lexx is this legit?

Article about Another european Far-Right political party cuddling with Russia, showing once again, that it’s the Russia, who is the biggest sponsor of Neo-Nazism in the world
Dunno how legit, but wouldn't surprise me in the least. Generally all the right wingers here are pro-russia for some weird reason. It's also been known for a while that far-right parties were indirectly paid by russia. There's also reports of various politicians traveling to russia from time to time. So yeah... Guess they all love russian money.

I thought that guitar weapon was a little too much... Then I saw the robot dog with that little wienergun.

Like Bibi, Zelensky needs the horses of war to keep running to stay in power.
Not sure if I understand your comment. Do you mean Zelensky keeps the war on going so he can stay in power? Not sure if joke or serious.

I don't get how anyone can expect them to do elections under those circumstances. They are at war, lol.

Man, I'm really not a fan of people using AI for such stuff, even if they apply their own post processing to it. This really sucks.

Nah, I had the same input lag on completely different setups. There's also lots of videos about it -- it's simply a game with input lag.
-
I just want Bloodborne without that huge input lag.

Just checked my Steam purchase history. Bought 8 games in 2023. 5 of those purchases were DLCs.
Hah, in 2022 I also bought 8 games on Steam. 1 of those was a DLC.
Generally I only buy games if I'm planning to play them right now. Never bought a game because "maybe I will play it some day" -- experience tells me that I'll never play it then.

Well, selling it with reasonable pricing to the local population is not the issue - that's totally fine. The issue is people abusing it a lot(?).

Maybe it's just me, but I think it's retarded to "collect" games on whatever online platform like that. Don't even know if you still own or have access to that stuff in 20 years.

You have to think also in a way, that people who use VPN to get some game, are mostly getting it just to own it, which in other words means, that a lot of these sales would not happen at all
Truth told, if I'm making like 20 cents from a sale in Turky (in the past, now not anymore since regional pricing was canned there)... it doesn't really matter that they bought it. They might as well just have pirated it. In my statistics this is barely noticeable. It's probably worse, because a pirate who likes the stuff you make still could buy your game for realz. Meanwhile a person who used a VPN to buy your game for cents sure as hell will not buy it again for the real price.
So yeah... if you plan to exploit VPN technology to buy games cheap, you might as well just pirate them directly.

I dunno about all of that. The amount of money lost from piracy and exploiting VPN to buy something for cents is still quite high. Sure it's too expensive for some people... but you also don't need to buy and play every game. That said, the people I personally know who pirate every game could easily buy every game...
Kinda curious how many of those pro-piracy devs are just talking like that in the hopes of advertisement / boosting exposition. Since, yeah, so many titles are released every day now, it probably does make sense to just go pro-piracy until more people know your name. You're likely gaining sales from this, not losing them.
Oh, also, since piracy is so damn common, you can't really allow to piss off some people and potentially cause a ****storm on the internet.

Thing is, I just can't store all those DCD and bluray thingies anymore. It's too much clutter, I use it not often enough to justify having it around, and moving to a different place is just such a pain the more garbage you have in boxes.

Finished Reacher s2. Wasn't that great.. s1 is a lot better.

Honestly, they just took their source graphic files and didn't shrink them down on export. Then they cranked a few graphic settings up and called it a day. Calling this a "Remaster" is either hilarious or extremely dishonest, or probably both. Sure they apparently added some new game mode, but that easily could have been just a 10 bucks DLC like someone else said... of course it wouldn't sell as good as "hey look, we REMASTERED the game!"

I can't tell what the hell has changed in the game. Looks to me exactly like the original release?

Watched that first part of Rebel Moon and thought it was kinda bad, though. It's like.. if you really have nothing else going on, you can watch it, I guess.

True Detective S4E1
I LOVED S1, didnt finish S2 and never even started S3, so color me surprised that the S4 started out pretty good to my wife and I. This season seems to be leaning into a supernatural story but theyre only dropping one episode per week so Ill have to see how it pans out.
S3 was actually pretty good again.

Makes kinda sense, though. If you merge, you likely have duplicated positions which aren't needed anymore now. Also, doesn't Unity have a huge amount of people anyways? At least compared to Unreal etc.

Based on recently released statistics, there aren't that many whales. Most money actually comes from selling the starter packs.

I wouldn't make of it anything, since those estimations are often useless and mean nothing at all? Highly depends on the kind of people they asked.

RDR2 also won.. Labor of Love.. which is especially funny since R* almost instantly abandoned the game. Barely cared about RDO as well, which is now pretty much unplayable.

Not exactly. I saw a report that he got the agreement to do both versions from the get-go, so he apparently set out from the beginning to film two versions of the story. So you aren't going to get fans starting a movement, but the wait for that.
It's a good trick to make people watch the movie twice now. First time it's mediocre at best, then you hope with the directors cut it's actually going to be great... but nope. : >
That said, I actually enjoyed the Justice League directors cut for the most of it.
