Did an art exchange with my friend. They got three small cynical motivational paintings and two **** covid ales and I got two small custom pots. Might used them for some flowers but they look really nice on their own. It was nice chatting with them and catching up on things even if it was short.

Paranoia Agent episode 6 and 7, if I had to summarize my feeling after watching both of these episodes it would be something like this…

I had a feeling that there wasn't something right at the end of episode 6 because Kozuka was still in police custody when the attack happened. Things that were coincidences are starting to seem tied to each other like Tsukiko Sagi suddenly getting stuck the same moment lil slugger attacked his next victim, Maromi giving the stink eyes to the detectives, and Taeko losing both her memories and her family house after she wished for them to disappear.
Then episode 7 rolls around and there is another lil slugger or this Gohma that Makoto was talking about. This whole episode felt like a fever dream with the harsh lighting and the strange imagery and Taeko and Masami were very unnerving. I felt really bad for Kozuka. That kid was slightly delusional but he did not deserve to be treated that way by the detective, no wonder he felt cornered. I think things are going to get worse, this is the first victim of lil slugger that died and it won't be the last.

My hair grows like a weed, I recently cut off my hair to celebrate some newfound freedom. Me and my father had has been growing our since the lockdowns in started in March and decided we would get it cut when we got our vaccines/ the pandemic was over. I ended up cutting 8 inches off and my father had to cut it in December because his beard hair was too long and thick to properly wear a mask.

That is a possibility I hadn't considered. The hardest part would be just how much of that outline is documented. If it is not as through then getting from point A to point B in a smooth and natural progression will be much more difficult to path out.

Hard to continue Berserk, his art style was so unique and detailed. Even if someone was talented enough to emulate his style only Kentaro Miura knew the path Berserk would take and how it would end. If anybody tried to pick it up I feel that they would be under a lot of pressure to try to guess how a series as beloved as Berserk would unfold and end.

Berserk is older than me and there are a lot of chapters, but yeah we're lucky to see three chapters a year these days. Apparently it's closer to finished than not, but unless Miura breaks the slow pace that has been going on for 15 years now we're probably going to be waiting a very long time if it gets finished at all.
I don't think we will be getting that ending. Kentaro Miura just passed away.

I agree with what you've said about Sayaka and Kyubey. Thinking of it, off hand the only anime/manga villain who I think comes close to their level of vileness (discounting edge lords) has to be Griffith* from Berserk (particularly the manga, because the 90s anime stops short and the rest looks awful). Everything Kyubey does is manipulative and awful, there's nothing really redeeming in those creatures. You really have to despise the little ****ers, even if their actions do make sense in context. Kind of like the evil of the machine/system/the world itself, and Kyubey is just the stand in for it.
Comparatively, villains like the Professor and DIO are different. They certainly (try to) do awful things and can be ****ing evil, but they're remembered more for being fun than manipulation. Because let's face it, the **** they do is just hilarious and fun to watch. I mean, in the years to come I'll probably remember moments like the Professor's various lab hijinks or Dio's head in a jar more than I will specifics of Kyubey manipulating teenage girls into their contracts, but I'll always remember what a piece of **** Kyubey is more. I dunno if that makes sense.
*Griffith may very well be worse than Kyubey, and if you're going to check out Berserk I'd just read the manga.
SpoilerThe manipulation is what really make Kybey that vile disgusting. When Sayaka was traumatized over the fact that her body was basically a corpse and wonder why Kyubey didn't tell her about that, Kyubey replied with "you didn't ask about it".
Aside from Griffith I think that another antagonist that has that same level of vileness is from the manga Chainsaw Man. Many of the villains in that series are brutal and are very ambitious in their goals but there is one in the series that standouts as being the most conniving and manipulative piece of **** I've ever seen.

Did some exploring on YouTube and found Puparia. I love It. The atmosphere of this piece is something I can't quite explain. It is enchanting and wonderous but there is a tinge of uneasiness to it. I also linked the making of Puparia in the spoiler tag. This three minute animation took three years to make.

Watched Paranoia Agent episode 5
SpoilerIt is a bit of an interesting episode with the detectives attempting to creatively unravel the truth using the kids' logic. I feel like some of what he says about Gohma has a bit of truth (might be something more intangible) but on the other hand I keep thinking he took larping way too seriously. He doesn’t seem malevolent, just delusional.
I also read a few chapters of Rosen Garten Saga… I kept saying “what the ****(?)(!)(...)”
I have not seen a manga this strange, this depraved, and this amusing in a long time. Think I’m gonna keep reading it just because of the weird factor.-

Lately I’ve been listening to very specific/ambient playlists (ie. you are a 19th century villain plotting revenge, It’s 1993 and you’re in a hotel pool, you're studying in a haunted library with ghosts, oldies playing in another room while it is raining outside). The last two have been helping me out when I’m having trouble going to sleep or if need to unwind.

There was a poster (not here) who used to write some more long-form essays on some more interesting historical bits of American football, and I, being an American football watcher, used to read and enjoy them; then he stopped making the written essays and started making VIDEO essays on it instead, and while most other people seemed okay with it, I tried multiple times and could never hack it. Real crappy, but I just can't listen to you!
I feel that way a lot when watching YouTube videos. If the voice feel off, if they have low microphone quality, or if they are in a room that echoes I have to click out of the video. The microphone I can sometimes tolerate if its not too bad but I feel with the voice much of it can be improved with practice. Clarity, confidence, and cadence go a long way to making a person stick around longer for a video. I have clicked off of videos where the narrator sounded bored, had a stuffy nose that day, or were really quiet. It really doesn't inspire a lot in viewers when you go about that way of speaking.

This is the Bleeding Tooth Fungus or Hydnellum peckii or even Strawberries and Cream. The red is not blood but sap that oozes from excess water absorption. Despite its appearance, it isn't toxic but it is considered unpalatable due to its bitterness.
