[Android Issues]

I really, really like the game. I have the card game and got this and it is great as it makes playing so easy, and so fast. 

 

I got a party of 5 through and really enjoyed. But then lost all my loot when creating a new party. 

 

Obsidian was great and helped me get it all back - big thanks to them. 

 

Been working on getting a party of six through. When I got to the "Scaling Mhar Massif 6-3" scenario, I break my party down. I like to go through two at a time. 

 

I did this and got the first two characters through but when I went to get the next two through, one of the characters (the Barbarian) had been completely deleted. 

 

Really, really frustrating. Like I said, I love the game but it is super, super buggy. 

 

I just do not see putting the time and effort in when my characters keep disappearing. I may come back in a few months when more bugs are fixed but not sure how I get my character back. Really bummed.

As an FYI, I finally got through this without it hanging.

 

But I subsequently lost a character when creating a new party.

Varies. Happens when multiple cities are open and when one is open. And not locked to a specific character or location.

Scenario & Scenario Difficulty.  If on non-normal difficulties, which wildcard powers are in play?

Normal (first)

 

What card was encountered when the issue occurred? (Or check, or card just played, etc)

Varies - happens after I beat the dragon and then successfuly close the location. Hangs...

 

Did the issue occur on the first explore or a subsequent explore?  If subsequent, what card did you last encounter?  What was its resolution? (IE, you just encountered an enchanter and failed the check, and on an additional explore you ran into a blessing of the gods but didn't auto acquire it)

I got through this with another party a few weeks ago...

Did other characters aid the check?  What did they use to aid it?

None

 

Was the encounter a Horde? (Skeleton Horde, Goblin Raid, Zombie Nest, Zombie Horde, Garrison Location Power w/ multiple characters, Henchmen encounter in Black Fang w/ multiple characters)

No - henchman then villian then close.

I just closed my penultimate location, one more to go, and my game is "stuck". The "move" icon is flashing and the "blue play arrow" on the right is also active but nothing causes the game to proceed. I can send a screenshot if this helps? Bummed out...Thanks! 

[Newbie Question: To Split or not to Split?]

Thankls for the help. What both of you say makes total sense. I like the game because it is so varried and you have to do different things at different points.

I am a "traditionalist" and my party is a rogue, fighter, wizard, cleric and paladin. Nothing too funky. )

[Android Power Usage]

I have purchased the full game pack for Android and really enjoying the game. It replicates the card game well and is fun to do "on the go".

I find the game "eats" my batter big time.

Does anyone else notice this? Ideas how how to conserve battery while playing? I turn off as many things (bluetooth, carrier, wifi, ...) but that just makes a little bnit of difference.

[Newbie Question: To Split or not to Split?]

I just started playinmg this game on Android and really enjoy it. But I am very new and was hoping to get advice?

 

How do people split or not split their parties? And when?

 

I have been totally splitting my 3 character party to try to close areas as quickly as possible.

 

But that seems to me to not be in the spiriti of the game? It might be more fun (and a better tactic) to keep your party together to leverage each others strengths and capabilities?

 

I know this is a baisc question but curious what folks tend to do as I am new...Thanks!
