[Physical copy-where are you]

Is there any information as to when the physical copies for backers will ship/arrive.  It's great to be able to play the game (through Steam for me) and the free DLC is great but I would like to know when the actual game and goodies will arrive

[Hard copy manual]

Hi all

My question is do the boxed retail versions (either hero or champion) include a hard copy of the manual

I have searched everywhere I could think off on the net and forums and have asked a couple of retailers who weren't able to help me

I bought the digital version and have downloaded the pdf but its not the same

I want a hardcopy manual but don't want to buy another copy on the offchance
