  1. I'm having the same problem. Anyone know how I can sign on to xbox live from an original xbox title?

EDIT: I'm not having so much instability that my copy is unplayable, it's just really annoying right now. I would really appreciate it if someone could tell me where this patch is. I know there is a patch to make your 360 backwards compatible and I know I have that patch, otherwise I couldn't play TSL at all. I'm just wondering if there are any subsequent patches or if the patch all of you are all referring to is the backwards compatibility patch.

  2. I want to flame you so badly, but instead I will say this.

If this is really to judge the worst alien name, then why did you put Quarrens in poll even though you didn't know their name? You suggest they should be judged under other circumstances.

  3. Love. Love leads to jealousy, which can turn one to the darkside. Just look at what happened to Anakin.

Jealousy had nothing to do with it. Anakin's fall was damn near inevitable, where as strong with the force and physically able, his mind was weak and susceptable to the workings of Darth Sidious..and Sidious knew this from the very start.

Love is forbidden because of its emotional entanglements. Love is a powerful emotion, one that can defer your thoughts from better judgment, much like anger can.

The Jedi preach of being mindful of your thoughts, extreme emotions block judgment and without that better judgment you cannot make clear choices or you hesitate to make them, and that can (and most likely will) lead you down the dark path.

The Jedi are wary of all emotions, because every emotion has the possibility to lead one to the dark side.

    "There is no emotion..."

Mortality taking your love away can bring about the same jealousy, the same jealousy you feel between other mortals. He felt jealousy at the universe and the rules itself, the fact that he couldn't control his mother and his wife dying drove him insane.

It kind of reminds me of Edgar Allen Poes predicament, he even wrote a lovely poem about his feelings jealousy when his wife died.

  4. It's inferred that the Exile is going to find Revan in the unknown regions but I'm going to assume that the final revision of the ending implied that...

    A. Most of the party didn't go with him to Malachor at all and took a breather after defending Citadel station or ventured there on their own.

    B. They managed to survive all the trashings that the Ebon Hawk took while wedged in that rocky canyon and are going with him to the Unknown regions, which might not coincide with all of Kreia's fortellings of your party members.

  5. They(I) were(was) disconnected from the rest of the remnants of the Jedi Vouncil, they were all scattered across different war-torn worlds and told not to meet until they gathered enough intelligence on the enemie's movements. If they were to gather or move, they would endanger any world that they settled on.

It's plausible they were misinformed, when we meet each of them in KOTOR II they were all pretty confounded.

  6. During my 5th battle for Khoonda on thursday, the information lady outside of Khoonda died in the struggle since I had recruited her. I was crushed since I'd never had any of the characters I'd recruited die. After Vrook proceded to beat the living snot out of Suurlu and promptly disapear, I went outside and saw the information woman standing by the door! I found that I couldn't talk or target her, and I could walk right through her! It's like she was a ghost.

  7. Kavar protected the queen and the royalist party with all his might and was fighting quite prominently in the battle for the throne. I'm not sure what the hell you're talking about since Kavar had many valid reasons for not jumping the gun and killing Vaklu at the first hint of betrayal. If he had done that his cover would have been blown and they would have killed him, thus leaving Talia with one less Jedi on her team. By making his appearance known, he would have inadvertidly wrought destruction to Onderon; same with Zez-Kai.

  8. Atton vs. Twin Suns isn't that hard if you have converted him into a Jedi (and I always do, although I don't use Atton anywhere). After that, even a simple melee weapon will do (with a shield), and if you give him Exile's lightsaber prior to the battle, he should kill them (kill? don't you meet them later on Goto's yacht?) without problems. Even without Force Healing.

If you really want an easy fight, just plant mines everywhere before the fight even takes place.

  9. Vash was the one quickest to condemn on the council. She may have had a pleasent and airy tone of voice, but she was very arrogant and bubble-headed in the Council scenes and in her Data-pad. Even though Vrook is my main-man, I have to say Zez-Kai Ell and Kavar didn't deserve what was coming to them. They seemed to be the most forgiving and understanding of the Council members and Zez-Kai Ell nearly admits to being wrong and he then renounces his title of Jedi Knight, that is, until you tell him the other Jedi are still alright.
