If you want to get technical, there are 8 forms, all forms up to 7 (Juyo) and he incorporated it to his own fighting style, thus creating his own unique fighting style (Vapaad).

 

 

So basically Vapaad is a revised style of Juyo

Depending on which white haired woman you mean, it is either Atris or Handmaiden. Visas Marr is the one with the drape over her eyes.
