  1. I was kind of dissatisfied with the Dark Side in the first game. Far too thuggish for my tastes. I picked LS ending and following a LS game as a first game because if you picked a LS ending, all the KotOR I characters should be alive so you can find out what happens to them. Playing a LS game is usually the safest non-confrontational way to play a game for the first time.

Yes but obsidian may find ways to make the DS more seductive.

  2. Well there are all different coloured twi'leks, but I also noticed that in the original KOTOR 99.9 percent of twi'leks were green, except for Mission, Zhar, Bolook and Yuthura, and the cantina dancers.

Should I change the name of this thread then??? <_<

If you feel like it lol I dunno, I s'pose the title wasn't very specific.

I see. There were also the slaves in Davik's quaters, but I don't remember if they were green or not.

Yeah they were green - except for one I think. There was also that twi'lek that tells Bastila her mother is on Tatooine - she was a beige colour.

I should have said this in my previous post, but forgot, the twi'lek that talks about Bastila's mother is also wearing the same thing as all other female twi'leks in the game, except for Yuthura and Janice Nall.

THey need to make more blue ones.

  3. The things that i liked about KotOR was in the following order:

    1) The Storyline, it gave that epic feel back to the star wars universe, something which the prequels lacked.

    2) The voiceacting and dialogue, it was the first game, movie or book for that matter where i actually cared for the characters, excellent job by Bioware.

    3) The music, Jeremy Soule did a very good job on making a collage of his own and John Williams music to this 90 minute long soundtrack. Tracks like "The Sith", "The Sith academy", "Dantooine outback", "Jedi Academy", "Ahto City", "The unknown world", "Boarding the Star Forge" and "Bastila Shan" are on my winamp-playlist and listened to almost daily.

I agree all round but the Cut scenes looked wierd. Fake.

I agree all round. But the Cut secences had strange special effects.... It looked fake.

  5. I agree that Dark Jedi should be ALOT harder. In the Jedi Knight series most of the time you'd be luck to survive an encounter with a shadowtrooper.

All of the Dark Jedi through the game should look diffrent. They also should not say the same thing every time you confront them; "Lord Malak was most displeased when he learned you had escaped Taris alive, he has offered a great reward to whoevere destroys you!"

  6. A late reply

On my comentary of john williams being a god, i ment compared to most computergame composers,on a personal note i will say that i truly belive that the wall to wall music from the empire stikes back is the best filmmusic i have ever heard, though sadly it have been over exposed and people hardly takes notice of it any more(this is of couse a matter of personal taste).

Jeremy Soule did the Music for KOTOR not John Williams!!! :)

  7. They better add a Construction Set or I'll be super angry. I did some modding for KOTOR it took FOREVER to get it right because the GFF editor uses a series of digits to set the Items values.

A Constuction Set like the one for Morrowind would be superb!!!!!!!!!!

Write to Lucas Arts and ask them to add this to KotOR II.

Er... I might do that..... ;)
