I'm having the same issue, and unfortunately it means I don't have an alliance for the final mission. This needs fixed. Hopefully they will see this and do something about it soon. I'm putting off finishing the game because of it.

When you have CTD, Right click start button in Windows -> Event Viewer Choose on left side either : Custom Views -> Administrative Events Windows Logs -> Application / System Look for date and time of crash and it should show a red exclamation mark symbol with Error with Source : Application Error If you found it click on it and look below for "Faulting module name" (this is often the cause of the crash) and "Exception code" (this is more like a general code and sometimes vague but you can search online to see what it could mean)

Usually these type of glitches occur when you have your GPU overclocked, overvolted or undervolted, or in worst case your GPU hardware is failing in some way. - Did you ever try Furmark stability or stress test for 10 ~ 30 minutes and do you see the same artifacts there? - Did you check your Nvidia App -> System -> Performance tab -> is it overclocked there or are the performance limits changed? - Try classic Nvidia Control Panel -> Help -> Debug Mode (this will change your card to stock speeds etc for testing) - Do you use any other Video Recording / OSD Monitoring / OSD Overlay / 3rd party Overclocking apps running in the background while you are gaming? Video Recording : OBS Studio etc Overlay : Discord overlay, Game Clients Overlays etc OC or Monitoring Software : MSI Afterburner, ASUS GPU Tweak, Presentmon, EVGA Precision X1, Rivatuner (older), NVIDIA Profile Inspector, AMD Software: Adrenaline Edition etc

Dunno about that. As a comparison going by the name you'd expect The Moscow Times to be, well, pro Russian instead of pro western (Dutch). It isn't, as it has always been aimed at westerners who couldn't be bothered to read Russian and wanted positive reinforcement of their existing views. It infamously didn't even have a Russian language edition for 28 years. I don't know much of anything about Steigan, but a quick web search suggests they've always had some of those sorts of articles, at least. eg, from 2014.

It's not very final fantasy, it's mostly about dodging.

I am stuck on the same issue with my second playthrough. On PS5 so the bug is not Xbox-specific.

Uploading the quest journal as it reads on mine. The 9/5 also seems out of place.

After today's update, I am still unable to complete this quest. Is there a workaround? I don't want to leave the Paradise Island until I finish this which is the last quest here I believe - a bit of a completionism skill on my part

after the last update i the game no longer lets me collect the zeranium gas in the vial to get the shield i tried a old save reset the game started a new game and it no longer gives the x button option on Xbox to collect the gas it worked great before that> I am playing on Xbox series X had no issues with the game till today any thoughts on fixing it?

Similar issue here. After talking to Ruth "An Equitable Arrangement" is active and I need to go talk to Auntie. Speaking to Gertie gives me "Remember what we discussed and act ... equitably". The marker sends me to talk to Ursula Ormsby. The only options I get are "Damn all consequences! I'll take the Archive for you". Patch 1.0.5.0 did not fix it.

Same here. I had the bug already last Friday, cleared Preator and almost everything else in the meantime while waiting for a patch. Running Ver 1.0.5.0 right now but he still does not show up, playing on PC Xbox Game Pass.

I understand that before the patch, the two were doing more damage than they were supposed to. But now, with a light weapon equipped, I do more damage in combat when I use a helmet other than the Menacing Mask. I'm using the Murder's Best Friend, with the Vital Striker and Sleight of Hand perk at 17 Sneak. My stealth multiplier on the weapon is +1,025%. My melee is at 15, telling me that the knife has a damage of 64. The traditonal sneak attack is working perfectly fine, doing around 700 damage on the first kill. But during combat, a swing will rarely if ever do more than 200 damage. Shouldn't a combined 60% of my sneak attack bonus be more in the 300-400 range? It's quite frustrating that the character I put 50 hours into can now barely kill enemies in combat at level 24 on Normal difficulty.

This still appears broken after the latest patch. I guess I might just be screwed on this one and need to restart and just be more careful I guess.

Go Out With a Bang is bugged and still bugged after the latest patch unless I am really misunderstanding what kill 3 enemies with a single shot means. The other two I haven't really had much chance to try and get, but going by the stats, there are very few instances(only 1 in some cases) of people unlocking these trophies so it sure seems like they are bugged.

I have completed the quest to the point where you need to return to Ruth . However when i try to speak with her, she only gives the option to "casually talk to her" and there is no option to finish the quest. I have done all the other parts of the quest including the optional ones.

Had the same issue. Retried fight about five times and it eventually progressed. Only thing I noted I did differently on the successful attempt was i selected the (attack) option as soon as it was available. Hope this helps.

What I saw was a democratic party engaged in negotiating tactics over health care funding by talking up an extreme position. But what they're facing is a CEO-mentality of DJT being willing to sacrifice people for his own purposes. Remember that C. Schumer dealt with the previous such government funding vote by going along with the Republicans, for which he was heavily criticized. This time he tried a different tactic, which clearly won't work and he still gets criticized. I'm not sure what he's supposed to do about it when he has no leverage. People voted in this clown of a President; they get to live with the consequences. Like I've said before, the health care situation in the US won't be dealt with until a lot of people start dying. The unaffordability of health care is one way (and perhaps the only way) to achieve that goal here. It's a completely irrational situation.

I still can't finish achievements like Waylaid Grenades, Go Out With A Bang, Stop Hitting Yourself, and yes, SA Quaterlies Quantified.

Gave it another shot after yesterday's 1.0.5.0 patch, but still no dice. Intercom still remains unresponsive, elevator still can't be activated. Tried with saves before and after picking up the rift modulator.

I've played about 25 hours and never had this issue until today, but when I launched the game this morning all of my settings were reset, including my keybinds. Was there a patch in the last 24 hours that would have done this? I found mention of this issue on reddit: Since I'm playing this on PC Game Pass, I'm not sure how to even access the gameusersettings.ini file that's mentioned on reddit. It doesn't show up in a file search. Any ideas?

I cannot interact with the burn controls in this quest leaving me trapped in the room and can't get out due to the electric field barrier thing. I was previously able to interact with the controls previously but decided not to do anything yet and saved the game then quit. today when i load back in, I'm unable to interact with the burn controls no matter what i do, die, kill everyone, reload save, restart game, heck even reinstalled game, and i've got no manual & auto saves before entering this room, can someone help please. i do not like the idea of having to start a whole new game
