What are you suggesting then? Many countries have food subsidy programs for their poor. Are they okay but the US is not? My understanding is that SNAP is just 1.5% of the federal budget. Many European nations spend much more of their GDP than the US on public social welfare programs. What are they doing wrong?

Good observations from the keyboard/PC! I'm on console. X Series. I've been back on day shift (real world job type ****) since my last post, so I haven't played/watched it anymore. But once I have a day off I'm going to pay attention to the level up thing. I'll check before I spend perk points then after and report back.

I've been noticing some odd readouts on weapon damage numbers. For example, if I set in options to show base damage, without factoring player skills etc., a simple unmodded triple barrel shotgun shows 15 x 8 damage. When options are set to include player effects, the damage reading sometimes reads 12 x 8, and a moment later, say after equipping the weapon, it reverts to 15 x 8. There doesn't appear to be any skills / traits / perks / items etc. that account for the fluctuation. This is one example, but it happens to several of the base weapons I'm carrying.

Fine by me, there's too much fighting in this game as is. I do wish there was an auto-run, however.

Also not working for me. The 3rd and 4th power box on the middle row won't connect with power. I have the N-Ray and the power lines just don't activate.

Following. I'm playing with the sniper rifle and noticed that the scope I'm using (2.0) doesn't make anything larger. I thought I was maybe not seeing a zoom button on the screen or in the controls, but i'm not seeing anything.

I'm a little confused about Lasting Empower (which seems to have always been a troublesome ability, even the core game version is bugged and affects all abilities and not just empowered, but at least does seem to only affect inspirations/afflicitons): The (gn.lasting_empower_2021.gamedatabundle) file from the community patch supposedly works too well adding extra duration also to non-afflictions/inspirations (some durations certainly seem to get weird). When I have the BPM file ( gn.lasting_empower.gamedatabundle) active, the talent seems to do nothing, no matter if i reload or whatever after taking it, or if i keep/delete the community patch file (loading community patch before BPM). Does anyone have this working as presumably intended? I''m running only community patch basic -> BPM buffs -> BPM nerfs (load order)

So i investigate a bit more and the bug is really tricky for me. I don't know why nor how but the disappearance of the consumables is only when i modify the shortcuts to correspond to my azerty keyboard. I've reached the support with a clip with all the steps for help. I don't know for the consoles users but if someone here on pc with an azerty keyboard or even with a qwerty can try to change the shortcut on the move left, move forward, gadget and inhalator like i did (ex : for me A to Q for left movement, W to Z for move forward, Q to A for gadget and Z to W for inhalator) and just tell if he can reproduce. At this moment we can gladly say we spot the exact edge effect of the bug.

Constant/Rapid Recovery stopped working on my two fighters (Watcher and Eder) recently. I don't know when it kicked in exactly since I've been exploring Neketaka, so I haven't been fighting much. It doesn't even show up on the character sheet under core fighter skills, but the skill tree shows that both characters "Already have" both Constant and Rapid recovery. Out of curiosity, I respeced my watcher, and had the skill again at level 1. Is there a way to get the skill back without respecing both characters? I'm reluctant to do so since that'd be all the money I currently have. Playing on Steam on PC.

I just want to share my dissapointment in the game, even if I liked it, I just uninstalled and requested refund on Steam after I lost 8 hours of gameplay because I was unable to save. No auto save, no quicksave, no manual save, I tried everything in different locations, nothing, I just lost all my progress. I’m sad, because I waited for this game for a long time, I payed for the deluxe version, but I’m so pissed off, I don’t even want to start it over because I know if it's happened once, can happen anytime again.

I picked the "You erred on the side of caution and kill both potential traitors" on the On The Trail Of The Traitor Quest and when I go back to the abbot, the only option I get for him is to let him know about Marisol. The conversation ends and it still shows that I still need to talk to him but get no option to move forward and finish the quest. I have tried previous saves but unfortunately do not have one before I killed Marisol and the Provost.

Yeah I have had same problem but instead of using the gas she helped kill the last few and I found her dead, carried on and when I came back her body was missing and cant find her anywhere. Kind of sucks as didnt know she could be a companion.
